Division, National Archives, that have teen microfilmed "by the Microfilming Project of the Committee for the Study of War Documents of the

the development and testing of a new weapon (the Schardin-Effect)*
The correspondence is among the Planungsamt; Dr. Werner Osenberg,
the director of the Planungsamt; the Luftwaffe; the Heereswaffenamt;
of the OKH; the Speer ministry; and private firms. There are re-
ports on conferences of all the agencies involved in this project,
including a conference with General Domberger, director of an Ar~
beitsstab for the development of weapons against airraids, formed "by
