Job Profile: - Manager Modern format & Business development in Northern India
Key responsibility.
• Identification, development of new relation (C&F) across North India for the
Unifrutti Product for better penetration, reach and spontaneity.
• Maintaining the entire supply chain for the North India in terms of Sales,
logistics and Inventory.
• Working in tandem with the organized retail trade for the better movement of
Unifrutti product from their stores.
• Setting of sales budget and measurable for key account for entire north India.
• Deciding the price point of the product vis-à-vis competition basis various
parameters so that Unifrutti produce always has a edge over other.
• Responsible for total sales and profitability from the North India
retail Business.

• Responsible for processing of fruits and vegetable at the back end which
involved developing packaging type, size, temp requirements and
maintenance of Hygienic standards.
• Maintaining a seamless cold supply chain for the product right from the
processing center to the retail stores.
• Addressing customer queries and complains for the fresh processed products.

Job Profile
• Planning the year around production which involve manpower planning, crop
planning, demand and supply chain planning on annual basis and same on
quarterly basis.
• Liasoning with government authorities on various aspects subsidies, schemes
and other related issues like water and electricity.
• Developing the cordial relation with local people for sourcing of labor and for
smooth functioning of farm on day to day basis.
• Management and development of workforce of more the 100 people on
various aspects related to production, post harvest, marketing and sales.
• Developing the sales channel with dedicated institutional buyers Mc Donald’s,
Radisson, and Taj group being the key customer.
• Developed the wholesale model by developing the customer base in the
secondary markets in and around NCR.
• Responsible for overall operation from the farm and thus

negotiation with green house makers in Nainital. Taken active role in
construction of two green houses in Nainital.

• Deals in Pop up Irrigation systems, Drip Irrigation, Lawn Movers and fully
automatic Irrigation solutions for fields & lawns.
• Designing the required irrigation system for the lawns, agriculture fields, and
landscape area in the farm house.
• Responsible for the proper implementation of irrigation projects.
