Key responsibility.

• Development of entire distribution network for traditional sale channel,


organized retail and institutional buyers which include development of new
relation on sustainable basis.

• Identification, development of new relation (C&F) across North India for the
Unifrutti Product for better penetration, reach and spontaneity.

• Developing MIS with respect to domestic and Imported Produce in term of


prices, arrival, competition and Quality etc and coordinating the same with
Central MIS.

• Maintaining the entire supply chain for the North India in terms of Sales,
logistics and Inventory.

• Working in tandem with the organized retail trade for the better movement of
Unifrutti product from their stores.

• Panning of promotions keeping in mind the inventory, sales and profitability


for the company.

sales.

• Setting of sales budget and measurable for key account for entire north India.

• Deciding the price point of the product vis-à-vis competition basis various
