Rewards of Reciting Ayat-ul-Kursi

Allah! There is no deity but He: the Living, the Self subsisting by whom all subsist. Slumber
does not overtake Him nor does sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the
earth. Who is there that can intercede with Him save by His leave? He knows what lies
ahead of them and what is behind them, while they comprehend not aught of His knowledge,
save such as He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth; and their
preservation tires Him not. He is the Exalted, the Supreme.

Quran E Hakeem is a book with full of blessings. Every verse of Quran is dignified and
glorious. But some verses and Surahs of Quran have got the special glory and blessings
from Allah almighty. Same thing is with Ayat UL Kursi. It is in the first chapter, 2nd surah
(Surah E Bakra) of Quran Quran E hakeem. It is the longer Ayat of Quran E Hakeem. It is a
very beautiful Ayat which describes the dignity of Allah Almighty. The very first words tell that
there is no God except Allah. The whole Ayat is about the Qualities of Allah Almighty. There
are a lot of Benefits and reward by reciting this Ayat. Some are given below:-



Ayat UL kursi has 50 words and its blessings are also 50. Surah E Baqarah is the leader of
Quran and Ayat UL kursi is the leader of Surah E Baqara as it is said in hadith that:-
Qur'an is a great word, and Surae Baqarah is the leader of the Qur'an and Ayatul Kursi is the
leader of Surae Baqarah. In Ayatul Kursi there are 50 words and for each word there are 50
blessings and good in it.

Ayat ul Kursi save us from every difficulty. Satan cannot come near to that person who
recites Ayat UL kursi. Holy Prophet (PBUH) said that:-

Whoever recites the first 4 ayats of Surae Baqarah, then Ayatul Kursi and then the last 3
ayats of Surah e Baqarah, will not be inflicted with any kind of difficulty in his wealth or
himself, Satan will not come near him and he will not forget the Qur'an.

By telling the glory and significance of Ayat UL Kursi Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) said that:-
"I have been given Aayatul Kursi from the treasures under the Arsh of Allaah and it was not
given to anyone before me

Hazrat Ali (RA) said that when I heard these words of Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) I never
slept before reciting Ayat UL kursi. When a person recites Ayat UL kursi at the time of
sleeping an angel guards that person whole night.

When someone recites it before leaving the house he is being guarded by 70000 angels.

To recite Ayat UL kursi when you enter in home it will keep you away from poverty.

To recite Ayat UL Kursi after Ablution (WAZU) is much significant. He will get the reward of
40 years worship and his rank will be raised to 40 levels in heaven

The person who recites Ayat UL kursi after every Farz namaz at the time of death easy
death will come to Him and he will be entered in Jannat after death.

When a person recites Ayat UL kursi for those who have passed away Noor will be entered
in the graves of them.

When someone recites Ayat UL kursi in morning He will remain save in the protection of
Allah whole day.


So here are some benefits/ reward of the greater Ayat of Quran E Hakeem. Do recite it and
