We place exacting demands on our sup-
pliers and on the working conditions of the
benwy pickers. Felix jams are free from pre-
servatives. The glass jars are x-rayed through
GiassChek Quad in order to detect any pos-
sible impurities
All Felix products ane free from trans fats,
genetically manipulated or irvadiated ingse-
dients and glutamate. We will soon switch to
the exclusive use of natural aromas, natural
coloring and canola oil, as well as replacing
modified starches and discontinuing the use
of yeast extract. Our potato peels and other
food wastes are convested into biogas, pro-
viding heat for up to 700 households in our
hometown of Esloy, as well as providing
50,000 miles worth of vehicle fuel per year

Cloudberry jam is traditionally served with
exotic desserts, ice cream and waffles, or in
parfait. It is also delicious with deep-fried
Camembert.
The cloudberry plant grows nearly every-
where in Sweden, from Lapland in the
noxth to Scania in the south. It grows best
in damp soils such as in bogs and marshes.
The cloudberry is rich in vitamin C and has a
very characteristic and exotic flavor.
