Organizations(WHO)ExecutiveDirectortoreaffirmitsstatedpositionthatbeinggayisnota
mentaldisease,andtounequivocallycondemngaycuresforthefirsttime.

ChinesepetitionstarterXiaoZhen*,30,isthefirstpersontosueanantigayclinicinChina,after
ittriedtoshockthegayoutofhim.XiaoZhen*isleadingaglobaloutcrytopushWHOtospeak
outandhelpconvinceChineseofficialstobansham'cures'thatarespreadingthroughoutthe
country.

"I'vebeenthroughelectroshocksatagaycureclinicinChina.NowI'mfightingbacktotell
everyoneinChinaandbeyondthatbeinggayisOKandtomakesurethatgay'cures'are
banned",saidXiaoZhen*.Togetherwith66000AllOutmembers,ImcallingonWHOtoback
