Scenario 1: Broken Mobile

a. Location: At a shop Characters: Salesperson and Customer


Student A: Customer Student B: Salesperson
You bought a mobile from this shop, but its not
working properly. You want a new phone from this
shop by the end of the day. Ask the salesperson to
give you a new one.
Youre a salesperson at the shop. A customer comes
in with a phone which doesnt work properly. Ask
him/her whats wrong with it. Explain that he/she
cannot get a new phone today.
