SPONSOR: Saks & Company, 12 East 49th Street, New York, NY 10017 (the Sponsor).

ENTRY PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on September 22, 2014 and
ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 28, 2014 (the Entry Period).

ELIGIBILITY: The Four Faces of Fall Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes) is open to legal residents of the 50
United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees, directors and officers
of the Sponsor, Hudsons Bay Co., Lord & Taylor, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF Fifth, Curalate, Ventura Associates
International LLC (the Administrator), and their respective parent companies, affiliated and subsidiary
companies, advertising and promotion agencies, web suppliers, consultants, and any other individual or
company involved in the creation, production or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively the Sweepstakes
Entities), and members of their respective immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children and
their spouses) and households of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where
prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law.

TO ENTER: You must have a Pinterest account to enter the Sweepstakes. Creating a Pinterest account is
free and can be done by visiting www.pinterest.com. To enter, 1): Visit the Saks Fifth Avenue SaksPOV blog
post page located at http://s5ave.nu/FaceOfFall (Website) to complete the Sweepstakes Entry Form and
click on Submit; and 2): Pin or re-pin one (1) of four (4) beauty personality images from the Saks Fifth
Avenue Pinterest page or an image from Saks.com to your Pinterest board to complete your Entry. (Only
pin or re-pin what you have the right to pin).

Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on September 28, 2014 to qualify for inclusion into the
Sweepstakes random drawing. Sponsors computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Entrants subject to all
notices posted at www.Saks.com, including but not limited to privacy policy. Use of automated processes and
devices to submit Entries are not permitted. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any changes or
effects caused to entrants computer system as a result of submitting entries. Sweepstakes Entities are not
responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, garbled, inaccurate, invalid, misdirected, undelivered or
incomplete entries. All Entries become Sponsors property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Limit: One
(1) Entry per person or email address.

PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV): Four (4) Prizes (one prize per winner
will be awarded at random): Prize #1: Glamour Personality Gift Bag, ARV: $1,129.00; Prize #2: Sleek &
Sophisticated Gift Bag, ARV: $996.50; Prize #3: Beauty Gift Bag, ARV: $1,289.50 and Prize #4: Femme Gift
Bag, ARV: $1,372.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,787.00. Selections and quantity of gift bag items are at the
Sponsors sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitution by winner is
permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prizes offered with another prize of equal or greater
value due to unavailability.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry
Period.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Potential winners (the Winners) will be selected in a random
drawing from among all entries received during the Entry Period. The first entry selected at random will
receive Prize #1: Glamour Personality Gift Bag (subject to verification). The second entry selected at
random will receive Prize #2: Sleek & Sophisticated Gift Bag (subject to verification). The third entry
selected at random will receive Prize #3: Beauty Gift Bag (subject to verification). The fourth entry selected
at random will receive Prize #4: Femme Gift Bag (subject to verification). A random drawing will be
conducted on or about October 8, 2014 by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose
decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by
email and will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability
(Affidavit) and where permissible, a Publicity Release (Release) within ten (10) days of notification. If a
Winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, a parent or legal guardian will need to execute the
Affidavit/Release on minors behalf. Two (2) attempts (maximum) will be made to contact each Winner. If
all attempts fail to reach a Winner, including in the case of Winners use of a spam filter; or if
Affidavit/Release or prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable; or if a Winner has failed to
execute and return the Affidavit/Release within the specified time period; or if a Winner is otherwise found
to be ineligible; or cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason; the Winner will forfeit all rights to the
corresponding prize and an alternate Winner will be selected at random from all non-winning eligible
entries received during the Entry Period. Entrants, including the potential winners, are responsible for
notifying Sponsor of any change in their email information. Each Winner is responsible for federal, state,
local and income taxes associated with prize won and will be required to disclose his/her Social Security
Number for tax reporting purposes. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize
constitute permission to use each Winners name, prize won, hometown, likeness, photograph and
statement for promotional purposes, (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter
known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further notification, approval or compensation.

LIABILITY RELEASE: By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the
decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all respects, including (without
limitation) all decisions regarding eligibility, compliance with these Official Rules, the selection of the
Winners, the award of prizes and the administration of the random drawing. Entrants agree to release and
hold Sweepstakes Entities harmless from all liability attributable in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to
their participation, acceptance, use and/or misuse of prize. Any promotion materials, including the offer
and/or these Official Rules, which contain production, printing or typographical errors, or are obtained
outside authorized or legitimate channels are void; and Sponsors liability, if any, is limited to the
replacement of such materials. Recipients of such materials release the Sweepstakes Entities from any
and all losses, claims or damages that may result from Sweepstakes materials are automatically void if
they are reproduced, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, or if they are obtained outside
authorized, legitimate channels.

ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims
and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively by
arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect, and any and all claims,
judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by entrant in connection with this
Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys fees, punitive, incidental, consequential and/or other damages. All
issues and question concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official
Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor and/or Sponsors agencies in connection with the
Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York,
without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application
of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New York. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these
Official Rules shall not affect the invalidity or unenforceability of any other provision so long as the general
intent of these Official Rules remains in effect. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid
or otherwise unenforceable, these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the
invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

GENERAL: In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, or ownership of or rights to the entry
the disputed Entry will be disqualified in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Entry materials/data that have
been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated
devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in
operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or
for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any
kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive Entry information by Sponsor on account of technical
problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, Pinterest and/or at any website or any combination thereof; or
(ii) any injury or damage to entrants or any other persons computer related to or resulting from participating
in the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the
Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors
any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw the Sweepstakes if it
becomes technically corrupted, (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its
ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select Winners from among all eligible entries received prior to
withdrawal. LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT,
TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE
WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS
AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL
REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
