7+ Contra)tor is a)ting as an inde&endent )ontra)tor in the &erforman)e of his d%ties herein+ *%yer
is not res&onsi"-e for any #or0man )om&ensation ins%ran)e of any 0ind for Contra)tor or
Contra)tor1s em&-oyees or &ersonne-+ A-- e/&enses &ertainingto Contra)tor1s em&-oyees and
&ersonne-, in)-%ding "%t not-imited to ta/es, ins%ran)e, %nion or g%i-d d%es or any other e/&enses
regarding Contra)tor1s em&-oyees or &ersonne- are the so-e res&onsi"i-ity of the Contra)tor+
