To reserve a booth and receive immediate confirmation of your choice, pay with credit card by calling
517.439.4341 between 10 AM & 3 PM MondayFriday.

A reminder letter or email with set-up information including your confirmed booth number will be provided. Set Up: Friday, No-
vember 29: 2 PM - 5 PM or Saturday, November 30: 6 AM - 8:45 AM

Reservation of your booth space will not be confirmed until we have received payment.
The Hillsdale County Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for any items lost or stolen. All events will be held rain or shine -
no refunds. Cancellations made by 11/01/2013 will be refunded.
Booth prices do not include tables or electric. *Chairs will not be provided.
