Message of ARD

My warmest greetings to all our brilliant Civil Engineers.

As the Regional Coordinator of Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE), it is my
profound joy to witness how the field of civil engineering is constantly developing.
It is with great pride as well to see that PICE over the past several years has been living
up to its vision and mission. It has always been the mission of our organization to
continuously advance the technical competence of our members as a dynamic force in
nation building.
As we continuously strive to build a brighter future, not just for ourselves but also for
our country, let us sustain the integrity and the passion as we dedicate ourselves to
provide lifelong career development of its members and promote the ethical practice of
the Civil Engineering Profession in the country.
I hope that we will never cease to continue what we have started and always commit
ourselves to excellence and global competitiveness.
