Figure 1 - Estimated Cost according to CBO (Congressional Budget Office) Marxism is a very complex economic ideology, grounded in an historical analysis based on the idea of class struggle. According to Marxist theory, during any historical era, there is a dominant class and an oppressed class and a struggle between the two. The state is the instrument by which one class dominates the other. Similarly in above bill we can clearly make out that most of the supporting groups are either capitalist or supporting capitalism while those who are opposing are working or supporting socialism. So, there are two class one which is emphasizes on job creation, economic stability, infrastructure development and operation cost in lieu of these, organizations opposing this bill are concerned about Environment, sustainable development, Human performance Index, public participation, transparency, already due projects and high initial investment. But, according to capitalists jobs creation would lead to socialism only. How effectively it would be done that can only be known after the completion of projects.
