Dear Honorary Judge Dora Irizarry:

I'm writing to tell you the efforts and due diligence I performed to ensure this SpongeTech stock
was legitimate.
Quick Bio on me: I have a 800+ credit score, I own 5 successful businesses, I own 8 rental
properties. I have never missed a mortgage payment or any payment.
I did as much research as possible on SpongeTech before I decided to buy over $250,000 worth
of SPNG.
I believe the following will help further prove blatant Securities Fraud and deception.

I flew to New York to meet with STEVEN MOSKOWITZ in the SpongeTech offices in
New York. I spent over an hour with STEVEN to ask questions, observe the work
environment and to make sure it was credible. STEVEN MOSKOWITZ even had
someone come in the room and pretend they just had received a big order they wanted to
tell STEVEN MOSKOWITZ about.
I also met with another large SPNG investors, Daniel Pike.
I tested the products myself, they were/are great products.
I have several emails from STEVEN MOSKOWITZ, promising the world, promising they
are getting big orders, even claiming a big order came in while I was in his NY Office
meeting with him, doing my due diligence.
J write this letter to you to show I did my best due diligence to research the company, the
products and even fly to New York to see the operation and meet management.
