Non compete Agreement

Nondisclosure and Non competition. (a) At all times while this agreement is in force and after its expiration or termination, [
] agrees to respect the confidentiality of TBC customer lists, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other
confidential material, and refrain from disclosing them to anyone. [

] agrees to take reasonable security

measures to prevent accidental disclosure and industrial espionage. (b) [

] agrees not to make use of

research done in the course of work done for TBC while employed by a competitor of TBC (c) While this agreement is in
force, the employee agrees to use [his/her] best efforts to meet and exceed TBC client-specific expectations, by providing
exceptionally clean and friendly service, and to abide by the nondisclosure and non competition terms of this agreement;(d) [
] agrees not to set up in business as a direct competitor of TBC within a radius of 15 miles of TBC for a period of 24 months
following the expiration or termination of this agreement. Competition means owning or working for a business of the
following type: Residential/Commercial Janitorial and/or Cleaning Service covenant not to compete contained in subparagraph (c) of this paragraph. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, TBC and [
