Gloria organizes the military deployment of the major Marsten gangs. She leads
some strikes against the legitimate forces in the area.

You can enlist the aid of the following resources, covertly, in your mission:

Your contact, Walter Burke, can provide equipment and advice. His callsign will

You may not contact any other member of the active military or police forces
controlled by either the Federal or Local government.
Federal and military police are preparing the way for a major assault on Marsten, but
a legal way must be prepared for martial law to be declared by the City Council. You
are part of that way.

2. Mission
Angus Spivey and as many of the leaders of Marsten in the Eastern Refuge as possible
will be assassinated. This will allow the city to bring the area under control and
improve the quality of life for citizens.
You will proceed to infiltrate the criminal underground of Night City and ingratiate
yourself with the gangs. Thence you will make yourself available for the mission to
proceed at a time of our choosing in consultation with yourself as regards operable
parameters.

3. Execution
a) Concept of Operation
In consultation with your contact, Walter Burke, you will go undercover and formulate
a plan to assassinate the leadership of the Hover Institute. Once planning has
finished you will infiltrate the Eastern Refuge and carry it out. Equipment will be
made available on request. Specifics are up to you.
c) Coordinating Instructions.
You can communicate with your contact via a secure forum on the net. The private
message system will give secure communication facility. The forum is secure, and is a
front for military operations in certain instances.
