Antes de que los expertos se dispongan a efectuar las evaluaciones, todo el mundo se
pone de acuerdo en las categoras en las que se habran de clasificar los problemas que van a
registrar. Si bien el anlisis posterior va a resultar ms simple, podran perderse ciertos detalles
que otras metodologas podran encontrar.
Los expertos se renen entonces para discutir los hallazgos individuales. En la mayora
de las ocasiones se genera un resumen de los problemas de usabilidad encontrados tanto si
los evaluadores discrepan como si un aspecto particular no constituye un autntico problema.
La mayora de los informes indican la heurstica o heursticas no respetadas, proporcionando
una orientacin para su solucin.
