purposeful, practical, logical, comprehensive and reliable, appropriate research
methodology is to be adopted.
Such methodology is to be utilized through which more and more accurate data
and information are collected.
Hence, the methodology of collecting both primary and secondary data will be
adopted.
Data so collected will be analyzed, processed and out of them relevant data will
be selected for reaching to a particular conclusion.

Primary Data
Survey method will be utilized to collect this data. The data will be obtained from
management, employees, HOD of different departments and the Union
functionaries, if any.
A target group will be classified, identified and specified for the purpose from
which the relevant data are to be collected. The target group will be identified
through sampling process.
The interaction and face to face discussion with some of the managerial, staff as
well as union functionaries will be arranged to collect direct information from
them and also to know their view points, opinions and comments.

The Secondary data will be collected through the various work reports, annual
progress reports and functional reports of the universities concerned. The data
so collected will be compared with the primary data.
Data Processing
All the data so collected will be processed and analyzed minutely to reach to a
conclusion. A special care will be taken to select only relevant and reliable
information.
The finding of the study will be submitted in a form of detail report for further
study, application and utilization.
LIMITATIONS
Every report has certain limitations and this study and report will also not be
exempted. The reasons for limitations are various but most important of them
are:
Respondents not giving full and correct information

Respondents may become subjective and personal view may over rule facts.
However all the cares will be taken to make the report as reliable as possible by
scrutinizing each and every information and data, and only relevant data will be
included in the report.
CONCLUSION
The over all-purpose of this study is to reach to a conclusion. The findings of the
report will enable the researcher to reach to a particular conclusion.
Whatever conclusion is derived at, will be mentioned in the report and any
person interested in the study carried out may go through the conclusion for
making any future decision.

On the basis of conclusion so reached, certain suggestions may be
recommended to the management, on which the management of the concerned
university may take any remedial measures, if required, and also to form a
strategic planning for the future.
Thus, steps to be taken by the management will be recommended. However, it is
up to the management whether to follow the suggestions or not.

Every report of a study is always beneficial to one group or the other. This study
will also benefit a number of persons or the sections of an organization related to
this problem directly or in directly. This is to be examined.
However, apparently this study will benefit directly to the university.
The report will also be beneficial to the students, research scholars, policy
makers and also to the universities management.
This study will benefit me too, as, during the study, I can get a chance to have
deep insight in the subject, which will help me in my future career.
