Call for network PARtners

Egyesek Youth Association is inviting you to be a core member to

revive informal network and take the active role of being co-creator
of a youth work focused professional international platform.

Experience

4 years experience in managing Youth in Action operating

grant (4.1)
3 projects within Grundtvig Learning Partnership project
successfully completed
numerous YiA projects: trainings, exchanges, long- and
short-term EVS, youth initiatives, youth workers mobility,
long-term media projects
In these projects we worked together with 2 types of partner
organisations:
training organisations who develop youth workers and people
who work with people,
voluntary or workcamp organisations who create outstanding
results on the local level, through international volunteering,
mainly EVS and workcamps.
This led us to the conclusion to see the potential that these 2 fields
can contribute to each others quality improvement, and cooperate
to some of the common challenges NGOs face nowadays in
community-based and international youth work.

Aims

Our main goal is to unite resources of NGOs working with

youth by:
improving youth mobility as a tool of individual and
organisational learning
improving the quality of grassroot projects

Network meetings - 3 days

We organise 2 x 3 days meeting, two times in a year. One around April/

May - another one in September/October.
Each meeting has two parts (2 x 3days):
Networking meetings are focusing on the monitoring and
evaluation of our common projects and creating new ones.
Thematic meetings take a relevant theme each time, where we
share best practice and/or invite experts to give us workshops.

OFFERs

bring 4 years experience in coordinating EU-wide informal network

and Grundtvig Learning Partnership projects
write and submit application with all necessary annexes
assign full-time coordinator working in Egyesek office, responsible for:
communication with EACEA and among partners
administration and financial management
organizing the meetings travel, venue, content, experts etc.
creating deliverables, involving interested partners
collecting datas about common and core activities within the
network
applying for co-financing mainly to Council of Europe European
Youth Foundation grants
host the meetings in Hungary in a World Heritage Village Hollk
provide lodging in Creative Space community center
coordinate involvement of partners to specific activities (create
deliverables or content of the meetings etc.)
200 / meeting as sending cost to each partner in order to cover part
of your expenses
Expectations
from
partners

provide all necessary information before the application

sign Internal Partnership Agreement once the application is approved
attend on all 6 meetings, 1 decision maker or coordinator / partners
covering your own travel
participate actively on meetings, sharing best practices, tools, methods
etc.
send requested datas about your core activities as well as about the
common projects you coordinate (e.g. who are the partners, how many
participants do you have, what kind of activities you do related to
advocacy or policy making etc.)
based on your interest, work together with the project coordinator on
content (products, tools, meetings etc.)
