BELANGRIJK - LEES DE VOLGENDE INFORMATIE DOOR VOORDAT U DE SOFTWARE KOPIEERT, IN

STALLEERT OF GEBRUIKT.
Gebruik en laad deze Software en bijbehorende materialen (gezamenlijk: de "Softw
are") niet voordat u zich op de hoogte hebt gesteld van de volgende voorwaarden.
Door de Software te laden of te gebruiken stemt u in met de voorwaarden van dez
e overeenkomst. Als u niet met deze voorwaarden instemt, installeer of gebruik d
e Software dan niet.
Let ook op het volgende:
* Als u fabrikant van originele apparatuur (Original Equipment Manufacturer - OE
M), een onafhankelijke hardwareleverancier (Independent Hardware Vendor - IHV) o
f een onafhankelijke softwareleverancier (Independent Software Vendor - ISV)bent
, is deze volledige LICENTIEOVEREENKOMST van toepassing;
* Als u eindgebruiker bent, is alleen Deel A, de LICENTIEOVEREENKOMST INTEL SOFT
WARE, van toepassing.
Voor OEM's, IHV's en ISV's:
LICENTIE. Deze Software is alleen gelicentieerd voor gebruik in combinatie met p
roducten die uit Intel-componenten bestaan. De hier genoemde licentie is niet va
n toepassing op gebruik van de Software in combinatie met producten die niet uit
Intel-componenten bestaan. Intel verleent u, onderhevig aan de voorwaarden van
deze overeenkomst, een niet-exclusieve, niet-overdraagbare, wereldwijde, volledi
g betaalde licentie krachtens de auteursrechten van Intel, om:
a) de Software intern voor uw eigen ontwikkelings- en onderhoudsdoeleind
en te gebruiken, te wijzigen en te kopiren; en
b) de Software, inclusief producten die afgeleid zijn van de Software, t
e wijzigen, te kopiren en te distribueren aan uw eindgebruikers, maar alleen krac
htens een licentieovereenkomst met voorwaarden die ten minste de beperkingen ken
nen die beschreven zijn in Intel's licentieovereenkomst voor eindgebruikers, aan
gehecht als Deel A; en
c) de eventueel met de Software meegeleverde documentatie voor eindgebru
ikers aan te passen, te kopiren en te distribueren, doch alleen in combinatie met
de Software
Als u niet de eindfabrikant of leverancier bent van een computersysteem of softw
areprogramma waarvan de Software deel uitmaakt, mag u een kopie van de Software,
inclusief hiervan afgeleide producten (en relevante eindgebruikersdocumentatie)
, overdragen aan uw ontvanger in overeenstemming met de voorwaarden van deze ove
reenkomst, mits een dergelijke ontvanger zich volledig gebonden acht door de hie
rop betrekking hebbende voorwaarden. U mag aan derden de Software niet toewijzen
, hierop geen licentie verlenen, niet leasen en niet op enig andere wijze overdr
agen of onthullen. U mag de Software niet decompileren en hierop geen disassembl
er of reverse-engineering toepassen.
Aan u wordt, tenzij uitdrukkelijk in deze overeenkomst beschreven, direct of imp
liciet, of vanwege aansporing, estoppel of anderszins, geen licentie of recht ve
rleend. Intel heeft het recht uw relevante boeken te inspecteren of deze te late
n inspecteren door een onafhankelijke accountant om te controleren of u zich hou
dt aan de voorwaarden van deze overeenkomst.
VERTROUWELIJKHEID. Als u een externe consulent of subleverancier ("Leverancier")
namens u werk wilt laten verrichten waarbij toegang tot of gebruik van de Softw
are plaatsvindt, dient u met de Leverancier een schriftelijke vertrouwelijkheids
overeenkomst aan te gaan waarin de voorwaarden en verplichtingen staan beschreve
n ten aanzien van de toegang tot en het gebruik van de Software, met minimaal de
zelfde beperkingen als in deze overeenkomst, en die distributierechten en gebrui
k voor andere doeleinden uitsluit.

In elk ander geval mag u in publicaties, advertenties of andere aankondigingen,

de voorwaarden of het bestaan van deze overeenkomst niet onthullen en de naam va
n Intel niet gebruiken, tenzij Intel vooraf hiervoor schriftelijk toestemming he
eft gegeven. U hebt niet het recht om de handelsmerken of logo's van Intel te ge
bruiken.
EIGENDOMSRECHT VAN SOFTWARE EN AUTEURSRECHTEN. Het eigendomsrecht op alle exempl
aren van de Software berust bij Intel of zijn leveranciers. De auteursrechten en
bescherming van de Software vallen onder de wetten van de Verenigde Staten en a
ndere landen, en onder bepalingen in internationale verdragen. U mag geen auteur
srechtvermeldingen uit de Software verwijderen. Intel kan, te allen tijde en zon
der voorafgaande kennisgeving, wijzigingen aanbrengen in de Software, of in onde
rdelen waarnaar in de Software wordt verwezen, maar is niet verplicht zorg te dr
agen voor ondersteuning en updates van de Software. Behalve indien daarin uitdru
kkelijk is voorzien, verleent Intel geen expliciete of impliciete rechten kracht
ens Intel's patenten, auteursrechten, handelsmerken of andere intellectuele eige
ndommen. U mag de Software alleen overdragen als de ontvanger volledig met deze
voorwaarden instemt en als u geen kopien van de Software behoudt.
BEPERKTE GARANTIE TEN AANZIEN VAN MEDIA. Als de Software door Intel is geleverd
op fysieke media, garandeert Intel dat na levering door Intel de media voor een
periode van negentig (90) dagen vrij zijn van essentile fysieke defecten. Als een
dergelijk defect wordt aangetroffen, retourneer de media dan naar Intel, die de
ze dan vervangt of de Software op alternatieve wijze zal leveren.
UITSLUITING VAN ANDERE GARANTIES. BEHALVE ZOALS BOVEN IS BEPAALD, WORDT DE SOFTW
ARE GELEVERD "ZOALS DIE IS", ZONDER ENIGE EXPLICIETE OF IMPLICIETE GARANTIE, INC
LUSIEF GARANTIES INZAKE VERHANDELBAARHEID, HET NIET MAKEN VAN INBREUK OF GESCHIK
THEID VOOR EEN BEPAALD DOEL. Intel geeft geen garantie en neemt geen verantwoord
elijkheid op zich voor de nauwkeurigheid of volledigheid van informatie, tekst,
grafische afbeeldingen, koppelingen of andere onderdelen in deze Software.
BEPERKING VAN AANSPRAKELIJKHEID. IN GEEN ENKEL GEVAL IS INTEL OF ZIJN LEVERANCIE

BEINDIGING VAN DEZE OVEREENKOMST. Intel mag deze overeenkomst op elk moment beindi
gen als u inbreuk maakt op de voorwaarden hiervan. Na beindiging moet u de Softwa
re onmiddellijk vernietigen of alle exemplaren van de Software aan Intel retourn
eren.
VAN TOEPASSING ZIJNDE WETTEN. Claims die krachtens deze overeenkomst worden inge
diend, zijn onderhevig aan de wetten van Californi, exclusief de principes die ge
lden ten aanzien van tegenstrijdige wetten en de United Nations Convention inzak
e contracten voor de verkoop van goederen. U mag de Software niet exporteren als
daarmee inbreuk wordt gemaakt op de van toepassing zijnde uitvoerwetten en wett
elijke voorschriften. Intel is niet gebonden door enige andere overeenkomst tenz
ij deze schriftelijk is opgesteld en ondertekend is door een bevoegde vertegenwo
ordiger van Intel.
BEPERKTE OVERHEIDSRECHTEN. De Software is voorzien van beperkte rechten, de zoge
heten "RESTRICTED RIGHTS". Gebruik, duplicering of onthulling door de overheid i
s onderhevig aan beperkingen zoals vermeld in FAR52.227-14 en DFAR252.227-7013 e
t seq. of de opvolgers hiervan. Gebruik van de Software door de overheid beteken

t dat zij de eigendomsrechten van Intel hierin erkent. Leverancier of fabrikant

Licentieovereenkomst INTEL SOFTWARE (Individuele eindgebruiker)

STALLEERT OF GEBRUIKT.
Gebruik en laad deze Software en bijbehorende materialen (gezamenlijk: de "Softw
are") niet voordat u zich op de hoogte hebt gesteld van de volgende voorwaarden.
Door de Software te laden of te gebruiken stemt u in met de voorwaarden van dez
e overeenkomst. Als u niet met deze voorwaarden instemt, installeer of gebruik d
e Software dan niet.
LICENTIE. U mag de Software kopiren op n enkele computer voor persoonlijk, niet-com
mercieel gebruik, en u mag van de Software n backup maken, onderhevig aan de volge
nde voorwaarden:
1. Deze Software is alleen gelicentieerd voor gebruik in combinatie met producte
n die uit Intel-componenten bestaan. De hier genoemde licentie is niet van toepa
ssing op gebruik van de Software in combinatie met producten die niet uit Intelcomponenten bestaan.
2. U mag, behalve zoals bepaald in deze overeenkomst, geen enkel deel van de Sof
tware kopiren, wijzigen, verhuren, verkopen, distribueren of overdragen, en u ver
plicht zich te voorkomen dat deze Software op onbevoegde wijze wordt gekopieerd.
3. U mag de Software niet decompileren en hierop geen reverse-engineering of een
disassembler toepassen.
4. U mag de Software niet in licentie uitgeven en niet toestaan dat deze door me
er dan n gebruiker tegelijkertijd wordt gebruikt.
5. De Software kan de software of andere eigendommen van derden bevatten. Sommig
e van deze derden staan mogelijk vermeld in, en zijn mogelijk gelicentieerd in o
vereenstemming met, een eventueel bijgevoegd "license.txt"-bestand of een andere
tekst of ander bestand.
EIGENDOMSRECHT VAN SOFTWARE EN AUTEURSRECHTEN. Het eigendomsrecht op alle exempl
aren van de Software berust bij Intel of zijn leveranciers. De auteursrechten en
bescherming van de Software vallen onder de wetten van de Verenigde Staten en a

"Software") until you have carefully read the following terms and conditions. B
y loading or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If yo
u do not wish to so agree, do not install or use the Software.
Please Also Note:
* If you are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Independent Hardware Vend
or (IHV), or Independent Software Vendor (ISV), this complete LICENSE AGREEMENT
applies;
* If you are an End-User, then only Exhibit A, the INTEL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEM
ENT, applies.
For OEMs, IHVs, and ISVs:
LICENSE. This Software is licensed for use only in conjunction with Intel compon
ent products. Use of the Software in conjunction with non-Intel component produ
cts is not licensed hereunder. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Intel gra
nts to you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, worldwide, fully paid-up license und

er Intel's copyrights to:

a) use, modify and copy Software internally for your own development and
maintenance purposes; and
b) modify, copy and distribute Software, including derivative works of t
he Software, to your end-users, but only under a license agreement with terms at
least as restrictive as those contained in Intel's Final, Single User License A
greement, attached as Exhibit A; and
c) modify, copy and distribute the end-user documentation which may acco
mpany the Software, but only in association with the Software.
If you are not the final manufacturer or vendor of a computer system or software
program incorporating the Software, then you may transfer a copy of the Softwar
e, including derivative works of the Software (and related end-user documentatio
n) to your recipient for use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, pro
vided such recipient agrees to be fully bound by the terms hereof. You shall no
t otherwise assign, sublicense, lease, or in any other way transfer or disclose
Software to any third party. You shall not reverse- compile, disassemble or othe
rwise reverse-engineer the Software.
Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, no license or right is granted to
you directly or by implication, inducement, estoppel or otherwise. Intel shall
have the right to inspect or have an independent auditor inspect your relevant r
ecords to verify your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement
.
CONFIDENTIALITY. If you wish to have a third party consultant or subcontractor (
"Contractor") perform work on your behalf which involves access to or use of Sof
tware, you shall obtain a written confidentiality agreement from the Contractor
which contains terms and obligations with respect to access to or use of Softwar
e no less restrictive than those set forth in this Agreement and excluding any d
istribution rights, and use for any other purpose.
Otherwise, you shall not disclose the terms or existence of this Agreement or us
e Intel's name in any publications, advertisements, or other announcements witho
ut Intel's prior written consent. You do not have any rights to use any Intel t
rademarks or logos.
OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE AND COPYRIGHTS. Title to all copies of the Software remain
s with Intel or its suppliers. The Software is copyrighted and protected by the
laws of the United States and other countries, and international treaty provisio
ns. You may not remove any copyright notices from the Software. Intel may make c
hanges to the Software, or to items referenced therein, at any time and without
notice, but is not obligated to support or update the Software. Except as otherw
ise expressly provided, Intel grants no express or implied right under Intel pat
ents, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. You may tra
nsfer the Software only if the recipient agrees to be fully bound by these terms
and if you retain no copies of the Software.
LIMITED MEDIA WARRANTY. If the Software has been delivered by Intel on physical
media, Intel warrants the media to be free from material physical defects for a
period of ninety (90) days after delivery by Intel. If such a defect is found, r
eturn the media to Intel for replacement or alternate delivery of the Software a
s Intel may select.
EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDE
D "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANT
IES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. I
ntel does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness
of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the So
ftware.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL INTEL OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR

ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS IN
TERRUPTION OR LOST INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE TH
E SOFTWARE, EVEN IF INTEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. S
OME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR IMPLIED WARR
ANTIES OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT A
PPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO
JURISDICTION.
TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. Intel may terminate this Agreement at any time if
you violate its terms. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Softw
are or return all copies of the Software to Intel.
APPLICABLE LAWS. Claims arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the la
ws of California, excluding its principles of conflict of laws and the United Na
tions Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. You may not export the Soft
ware in violation of applicable export laws and regulations. Intel is not obliga
ted under any other agreements unless they are in writing and signed by an autho
rized representative of Intel.
GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The Software is provided with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS."
Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as
set forth in FAR52.227-14 and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or their successors. Use
of the Software by the Government constitutes acknowledgment of Intel's proprie
tary rights therein. Contractor or Manufacturer is Intel Corporation, 2200 Missi
on College Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95052.

not licensed hereunder.
2. You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute or transfer any part of the
Software except as provided in this Agreement, and you agree to prevent unauthor
ized copying of the Software.
3. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
4. You may not sublicense or permit simultaneous use of the Software by more tha
n one user.
5. The Software may contain the software or other property of third party suppli
ers, some of which may be identified in, and licensed in accordance with, any en
closed "license.txt" file or other text or file.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL INTEL OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS I
NTERRUPTION, OR LOST INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE
THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF INTEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR IMPLIED WA
RRANTIES OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM JURISDICTION
TO JURISDICTION.
TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. Intel may terminate this Agreement at any time if
you violate its terms. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Softw
are or return all copies of the Software to Intel.
APPLICABLE LAWS. Claims arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the la
ws of California, excluding its principles of conflict of laws and the United Na
tions Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. You may not export the Soft
ware in violation of applicable export laws and regulations. Intel is not obliga
ted under any other agreements unless they are in writing and signed by an autho
rized representative of Intel.
GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The Software is provided with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS."
Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as
set forth in FAR52.227-14 and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or their successors. Use
of the Software by the Government constitutes acknowledgment of Intel's proprie
tary rights therein. Contractor or Manufacturer is Intel Corporation, 2200 Missi
