outwillallowtraffictocirculateasbeforemakingthepedestriancrossingtheonlything

redesigned.Aswingbridgefromthenorthredundantdockareathatwouldwork.Well

This my version of a swing bridge.
bridge It pivots from orange dots
dots. Hydraulics or water
Power can lift it about 2 and two motors pull and push to make it work.
One 2 - 3 carriage lane going north only. 2 alternative routes off the bridge.

On the end of Station square. Take out the first set of lights as this only delays
traffic to a crawl. Decreasing the size of wasted space.

slims down of shop fronts .To give another lane and Suffolk rd relieves traffic
congestion from Bevan street. Giving two lanes from bridge and to the bridge.
