Vessels, Heat Exchangers etc. as per ASME, IS, TEMA and various International codes. It
is supplying these items to the well-reputed organizations like IOCL, IPCL, GAIL,
INGERSOLL-RAND, ALFA-LAVAL, HINDALCO, AMBUJA CEMENT, IFFCO, NTPC
etc. Aero Engineers is an approved by almost all the renowned inspection agencies like
EIL, LRIS, BVIS, PDIL, KPG, H&G, WAX CONCIL, UDHE, CCE, IBR etc.
Aero Engineer is a U, U2 & R Certified Company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & WORK PROFILE:
1. DESIGN DEPARTMENT
1. To review new orders and check for requirement of thermal & mechanical
calculation and drawing preparations according to Job Instruction.
2. Perform Thermal calculation as per latest codes and clients requirement with the
use of HTRI.
3. Perform Mechanical calculation as per latest codes and clients requirement with
the use of Software & Manual Calculation as and when needed.
4. Prepare Material Purchase Specifications as per Codes requirement & Clients
requirement & get it approved as per QC manual.
5. Check the drawing prepared by draftsman as per Thermal, Mechanical calculation,
Client Specifications & Engineering Drawing.
6. Get approval of Thermal, Mechanical calculations & Drawings from Manager,
Senior Manager & C.E.O.
7. Submit the Drawing and Calculations with other required documents as per clients
requirement for Approval.
8. Get approval from AI on Mechanical design & Drawings.
9. Attend comments on calculations and drawings and resubmit it for Approval.
10. Validate each version of PV Elite & Compress as per latest Code edition.

2. ESTIMATION DEPARTMENT
1. To review incoming inquiries from our clients.
2. Get technical clarification from client if required.
3. Plot inquiry for broughtout items i.e. pipes, forgings, etc.
4. Perform preliminary Thermal & mechanical calculation as required.
5. Preparing Estimation Sheet and get the same approved by Manager.
6. Submit the offer with required documents as per inquiry.
7. Reply for technical & commercial queries.
