Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to your statement of account for unit PH107 registered
in the name of Sps. Danilo and Rosadel Eustaquio charging them of penalty
charges in the amount of Php 98.45 for the month of November, 2014 and Php
19.63 for the month of December, 2014 while the undersigned attorney-in-fact of
Sps. Danilo and Rosadel Eustaquio issued checks for the payment of the
association dues for the months of October and November, 2014 as evidenced by
the photocopy of Acknowledgment Receipt dated October 13, 2014 which is
hereto attached for your ready reference. Last December, 2014 when I paid the
monthly dues in cash for unit PH107 and asked for an official receipt, I was only
given an acknowledgement receipt and was informed that there was a problem
with your accounting department, thus only acknowledgement receipts are being
issued by the administration office.
Likewise, the entries of the statements of account are erroneous because the
payments made and duly received by your office are not correctly reflected therein,
copies of the billing for the months of November and December, 2014 containing
the erroneous entries are hereto attached for your ready reference.
Furthermore, the undersigned would like to follow up the transfer and
issuance of the condominium certificate of title in the name of Sps. Danilo and
Rosadel Eustaquio considering that it has been more than a year since October 10,
2013, when the full payment for unit PH107 has made together with the expenses
for the transfer thereof in the name of Sps. Danilo and Rosadel Eustaquio,
photocopies of the official receipts issued on October 10, 2013,are hereto attached
for your ready reference.
The undersigned demands that the proper adjustment on the statement of
account be made reflecting the payments made and the penalty charges unjustly
imposed be cancelled and official receipt issued by your office within five (5) days
from receipt hereof. Likewise, the undersigned demands for the copy of the
condominium certificate of title in the name of Sps. Danilo and Rosadel Eustaquio.
Otherwise, the undersigned will be compelled take the appropriate action in order
to protect the rights and interest of Sps. Danilo and Rosadel Eustaquio.
I hope that you will give this matter your utmost preferential attention and
