CALIBRACION DE LA VALVULA DE LOS FRENOS CARGADORES SERIE C/D

releases brake pump flow to the accumulators when the pressure of those
accumulators drops below the cut-in pressure. A relief, built into the charge valve,
immediately releases brake pump flow to tank once the accumulator cut-out
pressure is reached.
Verify brake operating pressures using the chart below, pressures are detailed
by bar [psi].

operating range, inspect and replace the brake valve as necessary.

21C Series Wheel Loaders

The accumulator charge valve is located on the inside of the rear chassis frame
immediately inside of the rear right tire. A hole in the side of the frame allows an
allen head wrench to adjust the charge valve window. Adjust the accumulator
charge valve using the adjustment screw shown in the attachment (Accumulator
Charge Valve Adjustment Screw). The charge valve operates in a window. The
adjustment screw will change the cut-in and associated cut-out pressures for the
operating window but the size of the window will not change. Reference the
Service Manual, Section 7002 (Hydraulic Brake Troubleshooting) for instructions
on adjusting the accumulator charge valve. These instructions from the service
manual has also been attached for convenience. If the accumulator charge value
adjustment does not work, inspect and replace the accumulator charging valve as
necessary.

21D Series Wheel Loaders

The 21D series accumulator charge valve is built into machine's the brake valve.
The brake cut-in and cut-out pressures of the brake system charge valve are
factory preset and are not adjustable. If these pressures are outside of the
specified operating range, inspect and replace the brake valve as necessary.
