Leonardo:
I did not find a published blowby specification for the C7, but I found the answer (see below) in another service
request. I hope this answers your question.
D Eckard
1.5xRated Horsepower is the acceptable equation to calculate blowby on the C7 engines. The result of this
equation is Cubic Feet per Hour.
I struggle with giving you a good answer to your question. You can see that the publication that we have referred
to were release in 96 and the other in 05. We have requested good blowby data from the design folks, but have
not gotten anything solid to go by. The c9 numbers that are published would most likely represent a TierII engine
and not be representative of a C7 or C9 TierIII. Unfortunately, all you can go by is the formula. Keeping in mind
that it should be used a comparison to blowby readings taken from the engine at sometime prior. I know that you
were looking for something very specific, but we do not have anything to pass on at this time.
Espero que esta informacin te pueda ayudar.
Saludos.
Leonardo Antonucci

Edgar,
caso anterior 400 ctft/min."
Espero que sea de alguna utilidad.
