BAN SURROGATE MOTHERS

PRO
It generally takes a lot of searching to
find a surrogate mother who will be
healthy and will be willing to your
conditions and there are a lot of medical
and legal procedures that will have to be
put in place. Besides, surrogacy is so
controversial, and so traumatic for all
concerned, that more conventional
methods such as adoption should be used
instead. Parents should not put their own
desire to be parents over the possible
damage it might cause to the baby.

Surrogacy is a very expensive procedure

and can cost anywhere between $50,000
and $100,000. Therefore a lot of financial
planning is required by the intended
couple. The couple will have to go through
a lot of different expenses like medical
bills, compensation for the surrogate
mother, legal fees and medications for the
surrogate mother.
This arrangement would in fact create
more problems than it solved, as such an
unofficial arrangement would be a legal
nightmare if the surrogate decided ( as
has often happened ) to keep the baby, as
she would of course be the childs legal
mother. Important links are formed
between mother and baby in the first nine
months, and to forcibly sever these links

CON
Surrogacy is a way to bring the happiness
of parenthood to a couple who would
otherwise not have been able to enjoy it,
either due to biological circumstances ( for
example infertile or same-sex couples ), or
the unavailability of a child for adoption.
The joy of parenthood is something that
every couple should be able to
experience.Many childless couples opt for
adoption, but then they have to ensure that
the history of the child is good and will suit
them or else there can be issues between
them and the child. Such issues can be
eliminated through surrogacy where the
child will be the own flesh and blood of the
couple.
Money is not worth the happiness that
would be obtained to have children. Since
the beginning, the goal is to have children
married and have a happy life. Not all
women can have children, and one way he
could do was to surrogacy.
In vitro fertilization can also be done but
the possibility of failure is higher.
However, surrogacy arrangements could
easily be made non-financial by allowing a
friend of the family to be the surrogate,
hence avoiding any legal wrangling after the
birth, which can often happen when
strangers are involved. It would also avoid
the situation where a child has a stranger
as their natural mother, which has been
known to cause them problems.

would be devastating for all concerned.

Also, it would be far more confusing and
damaging for the child if their biological
mother was someone who from an early
age they had known as a friend of their
parents.
Even if there would be problems in
enforcing a ban, we should still lay down
the law; such an argument used against,
say, growing cannabis at home would not
invalidate a ban on drugs. Surrogacy is bad
for both the mother and the child, and is
beset by emotional problems for all
concerned. Parents should not put their
own interests above their childs.

On a practical note, no law against

surrogacy could be enforced properly, but
would merely lead to the physical
impregnation of the surrogate by the
would-be father, rather than a clean
surgical procedure that avoided the
emotional problems caused by an actual
sexual act between the surrogate and the
would-be father.

2013 CURICULUM BRINGS MORE HARMS THAN GOOD

PRO
Teacher much mistaken, because
they thought the 2013 curriculum
teachers do not need to explain the
material to students in the class, even
though many subjects that should
remain no explanation from the
teacher.
This causes the students more difficult
to understand the lessons.
Too much materials that must be
handled by students. So it will make
them become stressed, and finally get
bad scores in their exam.
This also can cause lack of time for
students. Times just passed for
studying materials that which is not
necessarily useful to them in the
future. They have to focus on their
potential to be successful person.
Teacher assessment system which
was considered too complicated.
In the 2013 curriculum, teachers must
do three sets of assessment of
students, among other things, the
assessment, cognitive assessment,
and assessment skills.
Each set of ratings is described more,
for example, the assessment sets
consisting of observation assessment
(discipline, honesty, caring
environment, etc.), self-assessment,
peer assessment, and assessment of
the journal. System are many and
complex assessment should be
applied to teachers in each student,
per subject, and a basic competence.
Several disadvantage for teacher
when teaching
Teachers must attempt to manage all

CONS
Students are required to be more
active, creative and innovative in
solving any problems that they face in
school, include the lessons. If they can
not understand the lesson, indirectly
students are required to ask the teacher.
So there would be a high curiosity that
makes the pattern of thinking for the
better.
From there the students real potential
will be known. So, they can be more
focus on it. Because, score is not that
important. Why? Because a successful
person is based on his/her tenacity, not
based on scores. 2013 curiculum helps
them to reach success in real not only on
scores.

An assessment of all aspects.

Determining value for students not only
come from test scores alone but also
obtained from the value of modesty,
religion, practices, attitudes and others.
And also character education that needed
by students. Student with high IQ, if
he/she did not have a good character is
useless.

For teachers there are several

advantages of using the curriculum
in 2013, such as, the teacher will be
more familiar with his students one by
one.
Apply student centered learning. When a

students activities at once, which can

be difficult when students are working
on different stages of the same
project.
Because students are talking,
classrooms are often busy, noisy and
chaotic.
Because the teacher doesnt deliver
instruction to all students at once,
some students may miss important
facts.
Some students prefer to work alone,
so group work can become
problematic.

classroom operates with student-centered

instruction, students and instructors share
the focus. Instead of listening to the
teacher exclusively, students and
teachers interact equally. Group work is
encouraged, and students learn to
collaborate and communicate with one
another.

Lack of infrastructure is not

adequate and equitable to run the
curriculum, 2013. Not all students and
schools have adequate infrastructure
to teach students to learn actively and
independently. Especially if this
curriculum will be implemented in
remote areas.
The existence of an extracurricular
Scouts are required to improve the
student's character, especially in the
discipline, cooperation, mutual respect,
love of the homeland and others.
