airport in the United States, Harris is trusted
to deploy and operate large-scale, secure and
reliable networks. At 7-Eleven, the Harris
team designed, deployed and now operates
the largest digital signage advertising network
worldwide. If you know 7-Eleven, you also
know that this network must be operating
24/7/365. Over 14,000 devices are continuously
monitored from a single, high availability, Harris
Network Operations Center (NOC). Alerts are
automatically generated and remote diagnosis
and issue resolution are conducted around the
clock. When an issue requires onsite resolution,
Harris dispatches technicians from our in-house
Field Services Group which can be onsite in
under four hours.

7-Eleven is one of the most highly trafficked


retail chains in the U.S. With the help of Harris
world-class managed services and awardwinning Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) hardware
and software, its digital network now operates in
the top U.S. Designated Marketing Areas (DMAs),
spanning New York, Los Angeles, Chicago,
MiamiOrlando, San Francisco, Philadelphia,
DallasFt. Worth, Seattle, Washington, D.C.,
and others.

Before we could operate 7-Eleven TV, we had
to deploy itin record time. Over 2000 stores
were deployed in the first 18 weeks of the
program. Installations, quality assurance and
commissioning of new sites peaked at over 600
stores in a single month, with all 4300 stores in
service in under 10 months. Harris integrated
program management and supply chain teams
coordinated over a dozen suppliers along with
the Harris delivery and field support forces to
rapidly ramp-up and ensure efficient delivery
throughout the installation phase.
