Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about a video camera which I bought last month.

After one week it stopped working well. The memory did not record the
videos, so everything I recorded was not saved.

I returned the memory to the shop, but the shop assistant told me that it did
not have any problem. He recommended me to go to the reparation service
of the camera. The salesclerk checked it but he told me that he did not
know what the problem was.

I would be grateful if you could lend me have a replacement. If it is not

possible, I will accept a refund, or a similar camera.
