Equal employment opportunity

Workplace diversity is an important part of today's business

community. Employers are required to maintain a diverse
workplace by not discriminating against applicants or existing
employees on the basis of race, religion, age, gender or for any
characteristic or class. Equal employment opportunity makes it
possible for employees to perform their job duties in a workplace
free from harassment and discrimination.
Equal Employment Opportunity is a set of federal laws in the
United States that prohibit workplace discrimination on the basis
of race, gender or other personal characteristics.
Equal employment opportunity is employment practice where
employers do not engage in employment activities that are
prohibited by law. It is illegal for employers to discriminate against
an applicant or employee on the basis of race, age, color, sex,
religion, or national origin.
Equal Employment Opportunity, it means that all peoples in case
of gender, colour, age, race, marital or parental status, religious
belief or disability have the right to be given fair judgment for
jobs or job related facilities.
