Paintball sport is one of the best team building and recreation sports and Paintball
has proven its ability to support in Team-building activity.
Paintball is a character-building sport where every decision, every move counts.
Players learn the importance of teamwork and strategy and can gain self-esteem
while developing quick-thinking leadership abilities. Paintball is an exciting way to
shake off day-to-day responsibilities and take a chance on a new adventure! When
the game begins, the adrenaline starts pumping, and all players, from the meek and
mild, to the bold and brave, strive for the irresistible thrill of victory!
HOW DOES
WORK
IT
Paintball is a sport in which players compete in teams to eliminate opponents by
shooting them with Paintball capsules propelled from a device called a paintball
marker/gun. The g r o u p o f players will be divided into two or more teams with
a captain taking charge of the team and each team gets to wear different colors of
uniform and will get equal no of games with different missions to be played with
in given time to test their skills quick thinking, Team work, Engendering team spirit
& Initiative assessing, Leadership qualities, breakdown of Employer/Employee
barriers, Improved staf morale.
One of the objectives of the game is to go out and capture the other team's fag
while protecting your own. While you are trying to capture a flag, you also try to
eliminate opposing players by tagging them with a paintball expelled from a special
a "paintball gun." Games run from 8 to 12 minutes, depending on games mission.
Between game sessions players take a break to check their equipment to share
stories about the thrills of victory and the usually funny agonies of defeat. Win or
lose, everyone has a good time and there's usually the next game waiting for you.
