A Petition to Turbine Regarding Guild Management

Hello. I am Necraflame, leader of Ghallanda's 'Live and

Make Die' guild. My members and I have crafted this
petition in hopes of attaining serious consideration by the
Turbine staff. Significant changes to guilds in how they can
be managed, via tools or other such functions, haven't been
added since re-launch.

Although there have been numerous attempts to have

this issue given more attention, the lack of updates shows
the disinterest Turbine developers seem to have regarding
this concern. I, and many others like myself, believe that the
addition of new tools, and improvements to current ones, is
an extremely important issue that deserves much more
focus than it is currently receiving.

Below, I and other guild leaders, have compiled a list of

suggestions for such tools and functions.

Guild Logs
Guild Invitations (a list of individuals invited to the guild)
Guild Members Recruited (a list of individuals that have
accepted an invite)

Guild Members Leaving (a list of individuals who have quit

the guild, and whether they are on good/bad terms)
Rank Change (a list of the promotion/demotion of ranking for
individuals)
Vault/Cargo Hold Chests (a list of additions and removals of
items contained within the guild chests, and who did so and
at what time)
Message of the Day Changes (a list of changes to the
message of the day and who changed it)
Contributions (a list of donations/contributions to the guild
fund of platinum and astral shards)

Guild Member Information

Total Guild Renown Contributed (the guild leader should be
able to see a individual's total renown contribution)
Guild Renown Gained Per Day/Month/Year (the guild leader
should be able to see a individual's renown contribution
separated by day/month/year) -- Suggested by Quijonn //
Guild Leader of Friends of Nice and Slow
Contributions (the guild leader should be able to see what
platinum and astral shards an individual member has
donated to the guild fund)
Alt Characters (A guild leader should be able to see all other
characters under an account within the guild [extremely
hesitant])

Tools

Rank Creation and Modification (the guild leader should be

able to create new ranks, and modify them and existing ones
according to their own taste, currently implemented but
broken)
Kick All (the guild leader should be able to remove all
character associated within an account from the guild)
Airship Access (the guild leader should be able to allow or
disallow non-guild members access to the guild airship)
Guild Report (a guild member should be able to send a
message to all leader/officers online)
Ban (the guild leader should be able to ban an account and
its associated alts from the guild, disallowing any invitations
to be sent to the banned account)
Guild Lockdown (the guild leader should be able to disable
all new invitations to potential members)
Guild Chest Changes (the guild leader should be able to
adjust rules regarding the guild chests contained within the
Vault and Cargo Hold. Such changes might include
Enhancement Value Requirement, Item Type Requirement,
an addition of No Auction/No Trade/No Vendor to the item) -Suggested by Quijonn // Guild Leader of Friends of Nice and
Slow
Officer Tools/Changes (the guild leader should be able to
assign officers and created ranks similar to Officers any of
the tools above and all currently implemented tools with the
exception of Disband at their discretion)

Miscellaneous
Longer Message of the Day (The message of the day should

have a higher character limit, the current one does not allow
much information to be expressed)
Guild Panel Changes (A space for a guild website, guild
Teamspeak/Mumble/Ventrilo, Guild Lockdown: Yes or No)
