This project began on 11/11/11 when I landed in Peru
to begin an adventure of learning, exploration and
adventure.

THANK YOU

My plan was simple in some ways, yet meaningful in

many more. I wanted to study shamanism with the
Q'ero and Mestizo shaman from the Amazon and film
my experience. With a background in anthropology
and video I set out on a journey that was
the culmination of many years of being dissatisfied
with working behind a desk. I wanted to change
careers mid-life and do something meaningful for
myself and others.

After reading several books on shamanic thought from Carlos Castaneda's travels with Don Juan to
Don Miguel Ruiz's Four Agreements to The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle to the shamanic words of
wisdom of Chamalu who said:
"The Wayfarer does not concern himself or herself with things not understood. There is no distress
from past mistakes nor an allowance to be overcome by a fear for the future. The Wayfarer is not afraid
of going wrong or striving or of not being understood. The Wayfarer understands that we are here to
experiment, to learn and be permanently available for life. The Wayfarer knows that life is a sacred
path; that to live is to move forward instead of standing on the side watching; and that the only way to
move on is to throw oneself fully into each experiential sequence that awaits."
This saying became my mantra and I was inspired to embark on a journey of personal discovery and
forge a new path.
Fast forward three years and I am now proud to bring you both films that make up The Path of the Sun.
This document includes information regarding your purchase and contact inofrmation in case you would
like to get in touch for any reason.
As an independant artist my survival and the ability to bring new projects to you depends upon your

COPIES?
Q: May I make copies, and if so how
many?
A: If you have purchased a package
from The Path of the Sun you may make
copies as long as you follow these
guidelines:
1. You may copy the films to any
computer, laptop, peripheral or mobile
device within your home that you own
including family members.
2. You may NOT copy the films to devices of friends or family members
outside your home.
3. You may NOT copy the film to the Internet in any way or file sharing service
such as Pirates Bay or other internet video services like You Tube or Vimeo
without a license from the filmmaker.
4. You may copy the film to the cloud as long as it is only for your personal use
and storage.
5. You may play the movie without paying a licensing fee for community
screenings for people within your home if it is a small group of 6 persons or
less.
6. You may screen the film for more than 6 persons by purchasing a screening
license from the filmmaker.
7. This film is copyright protected and violators of the above rules will be
charged a fee and penalties.

BONUS FOOTAGE
Bonus interview footage from Ayahausca Nature's Greatest Gift and Q'ero
Mystics of Peru has been delayed for +/- 30 days. If your package includes
bonus footage you will receive a follow up e-mail in approximately 30
days explaining how to download the additional interviews.
