Annual Function. Thank you all for giving us your prized time.
Before the launch, let me first acknowledge the presence of some of our eminent guests,

we will have our traditional auspicious LAMP-LIGHTENING ceremony as a tribute to Mother Saraswati,
the Godess of knowledge. (Mother, we pray for your blessings with all humility give us wisdom to make
this world a better place. May all human beings live in harmony with nature and other forms of life. May the
truth prevail. May the darkness of ignorance be swept away by the dawn of self-realization.)that the by our
honourable Chief Guest His Highness Mr ..
Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge and arts, represents the free flow of wisdom and consciousness. She
has four hands representing four aspects of human personality in learning: mind, intellect, alertness and ego.
With her other two hands she plays the music of love and life on a string instrument called the veena. She is
dressed in white the symbol of purity and rides on a white swan symbolizing Sattwa Guna or purity
and discrimination.
"May Goddess Saraswati,
who is fair like the jasmine-colored moon,
and whose pure white garland is like frosty dew drops;
who is adorned in radiant white attire,
on whose beautiful arm rests the veena,
and whose throne is a white lotus;
who is surrounded and respected by the Gods, protect me.
May you fully remove my lethargy, sluggishness, and ignorance."

Next, I would like to call upon our respected principal, Ms Paliwal, the sculptor of human character, a
seasoned scholar and a navigator of this flagship of knowledge to present the preamble of schools

Globalites have proved their talent in all streams and to appreciate them for their hard work is our duty. Now
its a time to acknowledge the talent of our brimming buddies by beginning the prize distribution ceremony.

Yes, I do agree. The heart beats have gone up and everyone is eager to sink into the depth of music,
song, lights and joy. Well. Here you are. Today we will have rainbow of cultural program, prepared under
the able stewardship of our teachers.

Ganesh Vandana:
Lets seek his blessing for the day,

From sin and vices keep us away.

English fusion:
So some of our globalites will lay before you their emotion in the form of contemporary, hip hop dance,
freestyle and jazz. Contemporary expresses our sad and apologetic mood. Joy and happiness are expressed
in the form of street dance, i.e., free style, hip-hop and jazz. o get ready for a mesmerizing dance form
which will leave you spell bound.

You have broken the stumps on stage.
They have given meaning to every word with their art. Truly justified the characteristic of a great dancer.
Elegance, pose, strength, gracefulness, everything. Setting another such example is salsa.

Salsa Dance :
Salsa is a syncretic dance form owing its root to the Cuban Son and Afro-Cuban land. It is defined as a a
prestigious couple dance involving active chemistry. An international dance which has become a
metropolitan charm. So lets rock ourselves seeing this fusion of bollywood and Advance Salsa.

End:Simran/ Anushka, wasnt this amazing! I am feeling like standing in Latin America.
Yes, now even I cant stop my feet from dancing.
I feel like lost in those melody diped music notes.
Well come back. Now, lets have a change.
But sometimes mistakes do wonders.

Zumba dance:
Simran/Anushka let me tell you an incident. In 1986, Perez forgot his tape of aerobics music for a
class he was teaching. He took the tapes he had in his backpackconsisting of traditional salsa and
merengue musicand improvised a class using this non-traditional aerobics music.
This style gained popularity and came to be known as ZUMBA FITNESS DANCE. Presenting
another example of dance-cum-exercise.
So the globalites are today representing this Colombian dance form.

Hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance
moves. Vow this was a true fusion! Isnt it amazing both fun and fit body together?

My Teacher- My World (Skit):

A teacher is to be the one giving education but in our country she is the one after mother giving life. A
candle which enlights the life of others by exhausting herself, the equivalent of patience and the reason
behind our success. The home minister of our second home.

That was indeed a lovely performance. How captivating poetry of footsteps! A blend of comis tune and
divine music. Ready day and night to solve our queries, this was an example of what our teachers do for us.

Tap Hip-Hop Dance:

U know there is something coming in my mind. the music, dance, and girls and boys dressed in
breegers and hoodys performing street dances And the hiphop steps which was created in the 1970s
and includes a wide range of styles like breaking, locking, and popping which is made popular by
dance crews in the United States. It can also be a lifestyle: a way to be active in competitive dance
and a way to make a living by dancing professionally.
Its not your fault thats the problem of every young guy today. You all are forgetting our cultures.
So you challenge me? I bet the dance style of tap will force you to clap. Ok, everyone hold your hearts to
see this dazzling combo of tap and hip hop on the Akons legend Smack That!

Really, now I got why the youths crazy about street dancing and Akon! I ought to learn this dance form.
But don't forget the Folk Dances!
Now lets come back to Rajasthan.

Rajasthani Dance:
You know, our state, Rajasthan is a milestone in cultural strata of India. The beautiful musical dance of 13
taal blazoned with manjeeras is our pride, while Kalbelia too is an extremely sensuous dance form which
completely enthralls the onlookers. The dances of Rajasthan are so inviting and engaging that they are
bound to induce you to tap a foot or two along with the dancers. Apart from the simple expressions and
daring movements that add beauty to the dances, there are the vibrant and colorful costumes adorned by the
dancers. Paying a tribute to such dance themes which are gaining popularity all over the world here is a
performance which will let us feel the Rajasthani mitti ki khushbu.

Yoga, in contemporary times, has evolved to alleviate health problems, reduce stress and make the
spine supple. Yoga is also used as a complete exercise program and physical therapy routine.
But, have you ever heard of mobile yoga?
Whats that?
It is a combination of the cardio of in-line skating with the flexibility and breathing techniques of
yoga
for
a
full-body
workout.
So ladies and gentlemen, the next performance presents the trio-combi of yoga and pyramid patterns

skates.
