Vice-Chancellor for Administration
University of the Philippines Baguio
Dear Maam:
Good day!
The Council of Leaders (CL) composes the heads (or their duly authorized representative) of all student
organizations duly accredited and recognized by the Office of the Director for Student Affairs. It serves as a
venue of consultation for the student organizations for any activity, and advances the interests of the
studentry whether they are members of organizations or not.
From 17-20 March 2015, the Council of Leaders will hold Orgs Fair 2015. Each organization will conduct
exhibitions, recruitment booths, an alternative classroom learning experience (ACLE), or food sales which
will further promote the interests of each student organizations. It will take place in different venues inside
the University.
Because of the unavailability of the Bulwagang Juan Luna for student activity use and the lack of any
possible venue, we would like to request for the use of the former OSA office (also known as the former
lower canteen) for the conduct of our week-long exhibits/booths of the organizations. We would also be
requesting for the cleaning of the said venue for it to be ready for use for our activity. The Council of
Leaders would be responsible in taking care of the said venue and for the cleanliness after use.
In line with this, we would also like to ask for permission to install banderitas along the catwalk. Rest assured
that the paint would not be removed after our event.
We are hoping for your positive response and approval. Thank you!
