On or about the above stated date and time, the Defendant did

knowingly possess drug paraphernalia

I, the undersigned, being duly sworn, state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Affidavit, known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for my
belief that the defendant committed this crime
State all facts and persons relied upon supporting elements of alleged crime

On March 22, 2015 at approximately 0330hrs the Sac County Sheriffs Office conducted a search warrant at 536 West 2nd street Apt. 4 in Odebolt.
The renters of this residence are Dennis Yorgensen and Dorothy Yorgensen. Both subjects were at the residence at the time of the search warrant.
During the search approximately 5grams of meth was locate and a green leafy substance which was identified as marijuana. There was also drug para.
was also located. Also a large amount of cash was retrieved during the search.
