Caring for Yourself: Each and everyone human kind is the steward of his or her
own being and dwelling place who should care for the environment in which he or
she is living in.
Caring for Your Neighborhood: It takes the whole neighborhood to raise a child.
Our neighborhood is our bigger family. As member of the neighborhood ones are
expected to extend their loving care to their neighbor and the environment in which
they live in. First we shape the neighborhood spaces, later the neighborhood spaces
shape our children. The place we dwell and play should provide the fun and joy for
living. Community within the neighborhood must feel safe and secure in their own
place. Think in what way you can do as a designer to help the neighborly
expression of care
Caring for Your Society: A nation is meaningless without its people. It is the
people who make up a nation. A strong and successful nation is build upon firmly
bonded citizens who have deep level of care onto the greater good of the society.
Relationship between man and his fellow mankind is upheld to the highest order.
In time of joy and in time of sickness none will be left alone and isolated.
Caring for Your Environment: The earth is our only home. It is a dwelling place
for mankind. The environment in which the earth has provided us with make the
brightness of the day for us to work for living and the calmness of night for us to
sleep in peace. Modern living often clouded overly materialistic objective placing
greed over justice leaving behind celestial values over temporal worldly gain.
Collective responsibility of taking care of the environment is ignored. The earth is
greedily mutilated. These trends are affecting the overall health of the planet and
global cost of energy, giving tremendous challenges to the sustainable design
movement. Think about your day to day practical living and find every possible
way to improve them in a significant fashion. You can help people to live a
