4.3. Way of making

4.3.1. The way of making the trousers
The trousers are to be sewn well, steps are to be correct and equal to the number of stitches 45 to 1 cm. The cut parts are joined with a seam which is 1 cm wide and the initial and final
ends are to be strengthened with a back seam. All seams are to be welded by strip in order to
be waterproof. Succors are sewn on knees and buttocks gezecu.
These are classic cut pants, buckled with a plastic zip and two snaps on the formed belt with
succors on knees and buttocks gezecu .On the fronts were formed slanted pocket openings
that are 16 cm long and 1 cm wide quilted closely around. The pockets are covered with flaps
which are fastened with snaps- hidden fastening. Flap dimensions are length 20 cm and width
5.5 cm. Flaps are 20 cm long and 5.5 cm wide.
The pants have reinforcements on the knees of the side length of 32.5 cm and the front part
length 33.5 cm, without pleats and bolstered buttocks from the top part of the belt to the small
gezeca 4 cm. The side seam above the knees pad pouches, there are two patch pockets with
flaps that are fastened with Velcro measuring 2.5 cm wide and 4 cm in length. Openings of the
pockets are rolled inwards 2 cm and stitched. The pockets are formed with pleats of 2 cm of
depth on the sides. Dimensions of the finished pockets are 21 cm wide and 20 cm long. The
flaps are 6 cm wide and 21 cm long. The fly is to be closed with a plastic zip and two snaps. It
is also stitched with a stitch 3.5 cm wide and fixed to the end.
At the top of the pants there is a belt formed from one part of a stitched rubber elastic band at
the waist whose width is 3.5 cm and which is fastened with two snaps. The side seams have
33 cm long plastic zips sewn inside it, and 6 cm wide and 33 cm long strips sewn underneath.
The side leg seams have 5 cm wide and 13 cm strip sewn on it, and a 3.5 cm wide and 4.5 cm
long rough loop-Velcro holders, while along the buttocks there are soft hook-Velcro holders of
width of 3.5 cm and length 15 cm, in order to regulate the width of the legs. The legs are
hemmed 1 cm and stitched.
The label containing the data regarding composition of the material , maintenance , name of
manufacturer, date of manufacture is sewn into the inside of the belt and whose width is 5 cm
and length 8 cm.
Double stitched parts are: nat , korak, gezeca , reinforcements, belt , front pockets openings,
top side of the flaps on the side pockets . The side pockets, knees pad pouches, seat, and the
large and small gezec are stitched with narrow stitch. The pocket flaps are stitched with wide
stitch. All seams should be glued welded. The seams and ibertepovi are done with 4-5
stitches per 1 cm.
4.3.2. Method of making a trouser insert
The trouser insert is made of a material defined by these technical specifications.
The insert is for a straight cut trousers without pockets and reinforcements. The front and rear
are one-piece tailored. Waistband is 4-5 cm rolled with sewed rubber elastic band 4 cm wide,
stitched down the middle with two seams and a gap of 1.5 cm. The legs are of comfortable,
classic cut, 4 cm tucked with sewed rubber elastic band 4 cm wide, which is stitched down the
middle with two parallel seams 1.5 cm distanced. There should be a size label attached to the
inner of the insert.

The insert is designed in a way it does not button up to the trousers. The insert is shown
within the technical specifications appendix.

5.2. Packing
5.2.1. Trousers are packed as follows: legs, the upper part of trousers and the bottom fold
lengthwise over each other, then fold into three sections, with the legs come under and
a waistband above.
5.2.2. Five of this way folded products of the same size are stacked in a transparent
waterproof foil, then in a carton.
