How It Works

Rates

Capable T-Mobile phones can keep you connected from locations

around the world. Heres how:

Make sure your device supports the frequencies used

in your destinations.
Once you get to your destination, you will need to select the carrier
once you have powered on your device. Follow these steps:

Calling: See the Calling Rates table below.*

Text Messaging:
Canada: 10 to send and receive
All other countries: 50 to send, 10 to receive
Picture/Video Messaging: 25 to send and receive
Data roaming: not available with Pay In Advance plans

1. From the Home screen, select Options.

(on some devices, select Settings then Options.)

2. From the Options list, select Network.

(on some devices, select Mobile Network.)

3. Scroll to Network Selection Mode and select Manual.

4. Select Scan for Available Networks.
5. Select the prepaid carrier from the table below.
