APPROVINGTHE PERCENTAGE OF
FOREIGN LABOR FORCE AND SPECIALISTS FOR THE YEAR 2015

Pursuant to Articles 4.1.4 and 7.3 of the Law of Mongolia on Sending Labour Force and
Receiving Labour Force and Specialists and Article 14 of the Labor Safety and Hygiene Law, the
Government of Mongolia hereby RESOLVES that:
1. The percentage of foreign labor force and specialists the organizations and business
entities operating in Mongolia may bring in from abroad in year 2015 against the total
number of their employees is hereby approved as provided in the appendix.
2. The percentage of foreign labor force and specialists in legal entities that are operating in
sectors which are not included in the appendix is set to be up to 5 per cent of the total
number of their employees.
3. In the event the legal entity brings less than 30 foreign labor force and specialists, the
relevant sector ministry is directed to decide the matter. S.Chinzorig, the Minister of
Labor is directed to submit for Cabinet approval the importation of more than 30 foreign
labor force and specialists for a legal entity.
4. G.Shiilegdamba, the Minister of Health and Sport is hereby directed to take measures to
have foreign workers and specialists undergo prior medical checkup.
5. The Cabinet members are hereby directed to follow the foreign labor and specialists
quota that is stipulated in the appendix when concluding inter-governmental agreements,
announcing tender bids, and implementing projects and programs.
