Executive Summery
Mass Solutions is an electric Sales and distribution network with its proven experience of brand
activation; we have been working since 2007 in Electrical solution and suppliers of electrical
equipment to local industries.

As our vision is to provide quality customize solution to our clients we only deal with relia ble
brands which are highly competitive in price without compromising on quality.
We have a reliable network in Lahore, Islamabad and Peshawar with highly efficient direct sales
force which is trained according to local demographics. Our current product line is LED Lights,
Electric Wires and Cables, Datacomms, Accessories,HVACR and other power generation
equipments.

The purpose of this proposal is to enhance the current sales volume and the brand equity the
pilot project will be of six months to remind the people about brand and to win direct sales in
the region.
In the first phase corporate reminders will be given to all t he prospect clients by our direct
sales force and door to door marketing teams.

A team of ten people will be deployed in Lahore to look after door to door marketing, same
number of people will be hired in Peshawar and Islamabad.

Other than the business solution we highly take care of the business ethics involve during sales
process and highly recommend the sales which are on cash and secured and would not let the
company image damage.
This Corporate Proposal is for the period of five year sales and marketing rights to MAS S and
the terms will be decided with mutual consent once the proposal will be accepted.

The direct sales force strategy will not only enhance the sales volume as well as brand equity
and market share in the Punjab and KPHK market.
Entering into new markets brings new opportunities and more jobs will be created which will
enlarge the company network.

Competitors:
Orient Energy Solutions is facing high competitive market in which a wise strategy can be either
to move to niche segment or diversified product line ,so the intensive direct market will
enhance company market share overall.
