2. Split debugging prepare and feasibility Description


1 Cutterhead
1.1 Adapter power cables and control and signal cable connection the
the frame the cutterhead cabinet and the drive motor as well as the A ring of
knife disk control electric box.

1.2 Gone Through the adapter tubing connected drive motor the Clutch
hydraulic pump and drive motor clutch

1.3 Power-up the cutter head drive motor test the cutter head drive is
running normal test clutch is working.Measuring two-speed drive motor two
tranches speed of whether design 0.96rpm and 0.63rpm

2 Propulsion system

2.1 Through the adapter tubing connected to the frame of advancing


hydraulic pump and the B ring of advancing hydraulic system interface.
2.2 Transfer control power and signal cables connected to the B ring the
advancing hydraulic system control box and frame advancing PLC module.
2.3 Power-up propulsion pump, advanced conventional propulsion mode
debugging program testing cylinder extension speed, pressure, and other
parameters. Pro rata adjustment to promote the propulsion system of
pressure control system test pressure is normal adjustment linear
2.4 All of the fuel tank through the the assembling mode operation panel
in the the adapter cable connectivity assembled platform and promote the

3 Segment erector
3.1 The segment erector assembly system and rotary systems separately
debugging. The segment erector assembly hydraulic system can be tested on
the ground. Erector rotary motor is individually tested in the B ring.
3.2 Normal bladder pressure the segment erector assembly hydraulic
tank fill up and guarantee up the oil system.

3.3 Control electrical system via the adapter cable connector on the
segment erector control electric box and the frame on the segment erector.

3.4 Power-up the segment erector assembly pump, test erector enhance
pan, support expansion of the fuel tank system is working properly, all fuel
tanks for screen pressure test to confirm whether all of the fuel tank system
pressure can achieve the design value

4 Screw Conveyor
4.1 The adapter tubing connected to the screw conveyor drive motor and
the screw conveyor drive pump.
4.2 Connection through the adapter tubing the screw conveyors gate
cylinder and gate pump.
4.3 Through the adapter cable to connect the screw conveyor system
sensor, hydraulic system, control manifolds and screw conveyor electrical
control system
4.4 Energized to start the screw conveyor drive pump test whether the
maximum speed of the screw conveyor screw to meet the design value
15.5rpm

5.1 center rotary joint replaced and maintenance sealed complete
assembled.

5.3 Test by the center swivel joints Replace the cutter head and

completed in the downhole assembly debugging, make sure that the the
cutterhead zero before making detection.

6 Back filling injection system


6.1 The the Back filling injection gun hydraulic system and grouting
system can separate debug, and then the FBI and other downhole assembly is
completed.

6.2 The Back filling injection gun on the ground directly connected to the
hydraulic system and grouting gun debug to test whether grouting gun
cylinder can work or not.

6.3 By grouting point location the grouting system piping piping frame
good pipeline markers, and then directly to the frame activate A, B grouts to
squeeze the pump grouting control outlet judgment The system can correctly
select the grouting point.
7Mud System
7.1 The cutter disk three board mud mouth through a transit pipeline
connection center swivel joints and frame mud line, then power-up plus mud
pump, mud mouth detection knife disk board is normal water.

7.2 The soil positions on the panel plus mud mouth can not do adapter
directly test whether the frame plus mud line water normal. Debugging
downhole assembly to complete.

7.3 Completed in the shield machine repair on-site ground plus mud

system debugging downhole assembly completed, then start with the the
assembling platform on the ball valve and pipeline connectivity system.

8 Shield tail grease system


Shield tail grease system system can not do adapter, grease pump and
piping frame first test is working correctly, and then the water injection test
Shield cover, on shield tail pipe and shell channel is smooth. Overall system
through the completion of the downhole assembly test is ok.

9Foam System
Foam system can not transfer, directly on the pipe in the test frame is
normal foam. By the system after the downhole assembly after the
completion of the test after the start of ball valves and piping on the assembly
platform connectivity.
