1. Site Condition Description
Currently the scene after the clean-up site layout diagram is below:

2 Propulsion system
3 Segment erector
3.1 The segment erector assembly system and rotary systems separately
debugging. The segment erector assembly hydraulic system can be tested on
the ground. Erector rotary motor is individually tested in the B ring.
3.2 Normal bladder pressure the segment erector assembly hydraulic
tank fill up and guarantee up the oil system.
3.3 Control electrical system via the adapter cable connector on the
segment erector control electric box and the frame on the segment erector.
3.4 Power-up the segment erector assembly pump, test erector enhance
pan, support expansion of the fuel tank system is working properly, all fuel
tanks for screen pressure test to confirm whether all of the fuel tank system
pressure can achieve the design value
4 Screw Conveyor
4.1 The adapter tubing connected to the screw conveyor drive motor and
the screw conveyor drive pump.
4.2 Connection through the adapter tubing the screw conveyors gate
cylinder and gate pump.
4.3 Through the adapter cable to connect the screw conveyor system
sensor, hydraulic system, control manifolds and screw conveyor electrical
control system
4.4 Energized to start the screw conveyor drive pump test whether the
maximum speed of the screw conveyor screw to meet the design value
15.5rpm
5.4 Copy cutter hydraulic tubing adapter tubing connected Copy cutter
cylinder and frame.
5.5Energization start contoured knife pump, tests contoured knife
cylinder is working properly, and detect the contour knife actual projecting
whether contoured knife stroke sensor measurement values are consistent.
5.6 Copy cutter cutterhead rotation angle between the linkage can be
completed in the downhole assembly debugging, make sure that the the
cutterhead zero before making detection.
6.2 The Back filling injection gun on the ground directly connected to the
hydraulic system and grouting gun debug to test whether grouting gun
cylinder can work or not.
6.3 By grouting point location the grouting system piping piping frame
good pipeline markers, and then directly to the frame activate A, B grouts to
squeeze the pump grouting control outlet judgment The system can correctly
select the grouting point.
7Mud System
7.1 The cutter disk three board mud mouth through a transit pipeline
connection center swivel joints and frame mud line, then power-up plus mud
pump, mud mouth detection knife disk board is normal water.
7.2 The soil positions on the panel plus mud mouth can not do adapter
directly test whether the frame plus mud line water normal. Debugging
downhole assembly to complete.
7.3 Completed in the shield machine repair on-site ground plus mud
system debugging downhole assembly completed, then start with the the
assembling platform on the ball valve and pipeline connectivity system.
9Foam System
Foam system can not transfer, directly on the pipe in the test frame is
normal foam. By the system after the downhole assembly after the
completion of the test after the start of ball valves and piping on the assembly
platform connectivity.
