Summary:
As the Quality Engineer you are responsible for Quality Engineering tasks for all quality product/process
development. This includes advance process quality planning, FMEA, process mapping, process flow, work
instruction coordination, KPI introduction and quality control plans.
The Quality Engineer will also be responsible for assisting current quality inspectors/supervisors.
Accountabilities:
Apply quality tools (e.g. FMEA, DOE, standard work) to assess process performance and drive continual
improvement initiatives.
Customer/Supplier liaison re-quality concerns and raising of SDMRs.
Continuously monitor process capability indices to identify potential risks as well as opportunities for
improvement.
Develop inspection procedures, methods, sampling plans and specification in support of the development of
new processes.
Participate in internal and supplier audits as required.
Maintaining housekeeping (5S) standards.
Maintaining safe working practices.
You have a degree level Engineering or technical discipline and at least 2-years of experience in quality.
Engineering experience preferably in the Automotive or Aerospace industries.
Experience and demonstrated application of Quality Management Systems.
Experience with 6 Sigma/Lean, In-process Quality and ISO 9001, TS 16949, AS 9100.
You shall be result oriented with good communication and organization skills.
You have great leadership skills, with the ability to maintain and develop relationships with team members.
You like to work in a team environment.
Fluent in English.
