UNIVERSAL DIGITAL INDICATOR
6 DIGITS
SAFIR C is a single channel digital indicator that
admits all input signal type used in the process
industry. It is the first unit which can admit all the
input signals such as process ones, direct
temperature, resistances and potentiometers, voltage
and current high or low level AC and DC, frequency,
tachometer and periodmeter.
In standard version, SAFIR C includes two logic inputs
and an auxiliary power supply 24 Vdc for transmitters
or 2-wire sensors.

SAFIR C, that offers all the calculation and processing

functions of SAFIR model, such as linearization,
totalization, auto/manu, or setpoint generator, is
equipped with a colour-changing display.

The 6 digit-display colour is selected through

configuration and colour changing is achieved once
each preset alarm threshold has been reached.
Any combination is possible with the 3 colours : red,
amber and green, and the 6 software alarm points.

VISUALIZATION THROUGH
ETHERNET
SAFIR C is MCC first digital indicator that integrates
an embedded ETHERNET communication board.
In replacement of Modbus communication, this option
offers input signals and alarms status visualization
through a standard Web browser, without any specific
processing software.
This communication, immediately operational after IP
address recognition, provides remote changing of alarm
setpoints.
A standard RJ45 connector on SAFIR C terminals allows
the connection of the unit to the ETHERNET network.

A 7-segment display, 6 digits of 13.6 mm height (green, amber or red)
8 red LEDS, status lights.
