RiverHawk football team signs 17

Northeastern State football Head Coach Rob Robinson announced the addition of 13 high
school seniors and four mid-year transfers for the 2015 season.
The RiverHawks added seven players from the state of Oklahoma, six from Texas, two
from Missouri and one each from Arizona and Utah.
"We hit a lot of needs with this recruiting class," Robinson said.
NSU will look to rebound off a winless 2014 season. A big part in any programs turn
around when struggling is recruiting. The signing class may grow over the next week as
some recruits are still deciding.
"We still have a few kids that we have on our board," Robinson said. "They are going to
decide in a couple of days."
The biggest obstacle for NSU's staff was finding talent across the state of Oklahoma and
in their region they want to recruit. Coach Robinson was pleased with his staffs
performance.
"Overall, I'm very happy with the talent level we brought in," said Robinson.
NSU will get back to the practice field this spring. The four mid-year transfers will be in
action this spring for the RiverHawks.
