AIMS
MAIN AIMS:
To distinguish among the alphabet pronunciation sounds
To remember vocabulary worked before.
To identify the order of the days in ordinal numbers.
To increase the receptive and expressive language skills in the children.
PERSONAL AIMS:
To teach the necessary vocabulary for improving the students level.
To practice English words pronunciation

to. After listening to the songs, along with the teacher

After listening to The Alphabet song. The teacher
organizes students in two groups. The activity is about
pronouncing letter by letter a word. Students will play
the game Give me the letter with some (Flash cards for
helping them)

The rules of the game are the following.


Rules:
1)
Students name their group. Ex: Los Brillantes
group
2)
Choose one member before receiving the word.
3)
The same participant cannot participate twice
4)
Each group will receive a different word, and will
have the opportunity to participate.
5)
Not to pronounce the word aloud, only letter will
be hearing aloud
*The activity is about pronouncing a word letter by letter
to the student who was selected by the group to go in
front, on the board. This selected student will hear the
letters his/her classmates pronounce. He/she has to write
on the board letter by letter in order to decipher the word.
The group with the highest deciphered words will win
the game.
Days of the week-Ordinal numbers:
* After the break.
*Students must practice the alphabet spelling days of the
week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday,
Saturday and Sunday), after that students should choose

which day is first, which is the last one using the ordinal
numbers.

The teacher starts the other hour of the class by giving


students a days-of-the-week chart with its corresponding
ordinal number. In order to identify the days-of-the-week
number, according with some flash cards that the teacher
will give to the students.

*The teacher proceeds to show students sentences about


what different subjects did during whole week. On
Sunday I sleep till midday, On Monday you cleaned your
bedroom. On Tuesday he washed his car, On Wednesday
she visited her grandmother, On Thursday we played
soccer, On Friday you studied English one hour. On
Saturday I went to the new mall Exito.

Students read the day-of-the-week sentences the teacher


put on the board, and write down on their notebooks the
information. The teacher ask students to try to write
sentences.
*After that the teacher asks students to write two
sentences about people activities during the week.

Teacher will make a quiz in order to check if students
understood the topics worked.

PLAN B
To give them a copy which they are going to find different vocabulary.
Teacher could use the board and making different drafts and students should say its name in English language. Ex: pencil, notebook, table. Etc
