Andy Bell

Andy Bell is best

known as the lead singer of
the British synth-pop group
Erasure, which also includes
keyboardist Vince Clarke. Erasure
has sold more than 25 million
albums worldwide. Known for
their up-tempo hits, the group
enjoyed immense success in
the United Kingdom, and
produced three Top 20 U.S.
hits including A Little
Respect, Chains of
Love, and Always.
Andy Bell was born
as Andrew Ivan Bell on
April 25, 1964 in the area of
Peterborough, Cambridge,
England. The first of six
children, Bells mother was
only 17 years old when she
gave birth to him; his father
was 18. Bell developed a love
for music at a young age,
joining the school choir at

the Dogsthorpe Infant School. He was a

promiscuous child, he was always getting
into trouble, but managed to spend a large
amount of time listening to musical
influences like Japan, The Tourists,
Siouxsie and the Banshees, Yazoo, and
Blondie.
As a young adult, Bell
moved to London to pursue
a career in music. After
brief stints with The Void,
Baume, and Dinger, he
began working with
musician Vince Clarke.
Together, they formed
Erasure, with Clarke on
keyboards and Bell on lead
vocals. They released their
debut single, Who Needs
Love Like That, in 1985,
along with their first album,
Wonderland. Their fourth
single, Sometimes, became
their first big hit, peaking at
No. 2 on the U.K. charts, and

up-tempo pop hits, has sold more than 25 million albums worldwide.
In 2005, Bell embarked on a solo career, producing albums Electric Blue (2005) and NonStop (2010). In addition to his music career, his personal life has made headlines. As an
openly gay man, Bell has become a music icon within the LGBT community.

Katy Tiz

London, Katy Tiz has

been creating music with her producer/
songwriter brother George and her brother
from another mother Rick Parkhouse (Red
Triangle) since she was 17 years old. She
would join her older brothers for acoustic
performances anywhere and everywhere
from the beach to underground clubs in
London. They would play open mics,
performing covers and originals. Thats
where Katy really began to cut her teeth
as a performer, focusing on developing
a musical style of her own. I search for
songs that comfort me and let me know
Im not the only one who feels a certain
way, Katy says. If I help one person
through what I was feeling when I wrote
a song, Ill be happy. I hope I can give
back what I searched for in music.
Katy and her brothers penned
the impassioned Fire Fire, which
immediately got picked up on the
influential blog Arjan Writes in early
2012. The song caught the ear of the music
industry, including some major label
executives, and Katys life changed. She
flew to L.A. and signed a major label
record deal with Republic/Lava Records.
She spent the next year in the U.S. dipping
in and out of recording studios and working
with some of the most well-respected names

rowing up just outside

in the industry. As they were releasing her single,

Katy and Republic/Lava parted ways in the summer
of 2013.
In October of 2013, Katy went into Rock
Mafias Los Angeles studio to record The
Big Bang, a boisterous pop number. The
song was immediately relatable for Katy,
representing the support of the music
industry. Its so poignant to how I was
feeling at the time, she says. The song
earned Katy the honor of being named
Clear Channel/iHeartRadios On
The Verge artist, a huge coup for an
unsigned artist. Since then, the single
has entered the Hot 100 chart, iTunes
Top Pop Songs chart and Shazams
Top 100 USA. The songs success, as
well as Katys unwavering, good-spirited
determination, also scored a new record
label deal with Atlantic, which will release
her debut album later this year.
For Katy, an outspoken, witty
songwriter, the music begins with the
inspirations that have lingered since
childhood, from reggae to soul, from
Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys, all the way
to Katy Perry. Music is everything to
me. Its my best friend, my worst enemy,
my boyfriend, and my ex rolled into one. Im
extremely dedicated, but never want one day to
go by without a good laugh.

THE WORLDS MOST UNUSUAL SUPER PREMIUM GIN

In a world filled with a myriad of mediocre, mundane and wholly unremarkable

things, HENDRICKS exists as a shining beacon of UNUSUALNESS.
As many have been known to say, no other GIN tastes like HENDRICKS
because no other GIN is made like HENDRICKS.

SMALL BATCH, HAND-CRAFTED

Made in Scotland in small batches of no more than 500 liters by Master Distiller,
Ms. Lesley Gracie and her apprentice, HENDRICKS marries distillates from the
rare CARTER-HEAD and BENNET stills. HENDRICKS also boasts a palette of
11 BOTANICALS and curious infusions of ROSE PETAL and CUCUMBER.

LOVED BY A HANDFUL OF PEOPLE ALL OVER THE WORLD

HENDRICKS is loved by a tiny yet growing handful of people all over the world,
and at +17% growth (source: Nielsen, 52 weeks 10/12/13),
is growing ahead of the category and competitors.

SINCE OUR BEGINNING, HENDRICKS HAS BEEN

HONORED WITH A NUMBER OF PRESTIGIOUS
AWARDS AND ACCOLADES:
San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Double Gold
International Spirits Challenge Best Distilled Gin, Gold
Los Angeles International Wine & Spirits Competition, Best of Division Gin
Los Angeles International Wine & Spirits Competition, Best of Category Gold
