Professional Experience:
1. MPI Membership Committee, MPI Focus Groups, A part of the First Platinum
on Risk Management MPI, Service on MPI Special Interest Advisory Council
[6yrs], MPI Advisory Panel, Attendance at both MPI –PEC/WEC, Interviewed by
numerous industry publications, Nominated for Legacy Award, Nominated for
Planner of the Year-Chapter, Received President’s Award. Panel National
Speakers Association.
3. Teamwork is the core on my business. My business would not be here today had
we not realized the need for working together. Teamwork works even w/ some
dissent as long as we work for what is best for the organization. It works best w/
openness.
Understanding MPI-CC
5. We face the challenge of being relevant to our members and providing them with
quality education and member support. The support and staying in touch is vital to
our growth. Cost is going to remain an issue for membership especially for
planners. We will need to think outside the box to keep interest/involvement on
the upward move.
6. Yes. As a business owner and working w/ clients and originations, both Corporate
and Non-Profit. As a planner we are asked to create budgets for all types of
programs, events and projects.
Personal Qualifications:
7. Meeting Planning.
As a planner w/ over 25+ experiences and a 17 year old company having served
in this position previously. We have experience in both the
association/religious/corporate providing this service for them.
I am open to other positions that would be helpful for the chapter.
Possible interest officer position if needed.
Leadership:
9. I want to get more involved as I have taken some time away from direct
Involvement to work on my company.
I am ready to give more time to the growth and empowering our chapter to be one
of the best in MPI.
10. Yes. We need to continue to improve our structure in accord w/ MPI and what is
best for the Chapter.
