Position initials developing and overseeing day to day operations of four separate companies that operate out of a twelve
county area in Western Pennsylvania, including operations in Florida. Developed a formal communication process, verified
work to time relationships. Enhanced production scheduling, developed training needed to create an atmosphere of
teamwork and continuous improvement. Company growth in excess of 25% in one year. Hands on Management, leading by
example to all employees to boost moral and setting standards for all employees to follow. Resulting in employee loyalty to

 Developed procedures and policies where none existed, including training guides / manuals, benefits and human
resource guidelines, also including operational controls unique to our diverse environments.

 Oversaw and developed total stand alone specialized software to better aid operation giving us the ability to go from
manually reviewing twenty (20) leads daily to automatically reviewing and scoring over two hundred (200) leads daily
with minimal human intervention. This new System encompassed the development of wireless field communications
from the Acquisition Team and Field Production with the uploading of evaluation worksheets, schedules, bill paying and
digital photos from the field to reduce cycle time from two days to only two hours also elimination of wasted time with
travel to corporate. Driving operational improvement.
 Created new critical pathways for production keeping all homes underconstruction within a thirty day build-out cycle
while insuring all budgetary requirements per project were strictly adhered.
 Developed Subcontractor base, negotiated contracts with subcontractors and vendors to better serve companies current

Established companies to manufacture build and sell all components for the construction of new home, patio home,
townhome and commercial construction industry within a 200-mile radius of Western Pennsylvania along with managing
construction process with delivery of components and materials to the job site and hire all crews for the timely and
controlled assembly and sale of products which would reduce production cycle time from five to six months plus to between
90 days to 120 days using our proven management systems.

 Created in-depth Business Plan covering experience, how we do business, our products / cost, marketing area and
financials to obtain additional operational funding and set company Bench Marks.
 Brought on all Senior Management COO, CFO Engineering, Drafting, Sales, Transportation and Logistics, Plant
Manager and all pre-trained Supervisory Staff. All Professionals assembled including supervisory staff, who previously
worked for me. I have personally trained all of them. This gave us a combined experience level of over One Hundred and
Eighty years (180). Additional new hires included thirty-two (32) within the first six months and within a year over One
Hundred + (100+). Implementing Lean Manufacturing, J.I.T., Six Sigma.
 Contacted and had meetings with numerous Venture Capital Groups and Angle Investors including Area
Developers and Banks to raise investment capital for the company.
 Met with State, County and Local Governments to find financial support and Grants. Was able to receive over
$1 Million in funding with established Banking Relationship.
 Established and sold business with Developers with guaranteed contracts of over $99 Million in first year of
operation. In addition to these contracts, the possibility of $66 Million in additional contracts existed for a total of over
$162 Million.
 Found and negotiated land and building deals, one 131,000 Square Foot building for the Manufacturing Side and
one 24,000 Square Foot office building for the Homebuilding Side.

each year where prior company was realizing eighteen percent. Increasing revenue from $190 Million a year to
over $650 Million.

 Set-up control systems to ensure employees, sub-contractors and vendors were held accountable with their work

material flows and equipment layout.
