Roles and Responsibilities:
I am part of Managed Services Team of Diyar United Company based out of
Kuwait, providing in house and client support.
Managing all Windows based servers, applications and tools.
Taking care of Windows, AD, Exchange Servers, Antivirus, backups, Spam
filtering and Monitoring applications.
Providing Incident Management, Problem management and Change
management.
Implementing and troubleshooting of Microsoft ISA and TMG firewall and
Proxy.
Providing server build and support for virtualization technologies like
VmWare and HyperV Virtual servers.

Monitoring servers for performance, mail flow, backups, log files and

antivirus, Enterprise Vault, FAX, LCS, Blackberry, Good link & Active Sync.
Working on Remedy BMC, HP OVSD ticketing tool for Incidents, Change

Generating daily & Monthly reports from remedy for all the accounts.

The day-to-day work was a mixture of direct customer support working with
Remedy/OVSD/Clarify ticketing system, providing third line remote support
for Windows and Exchange 2000/2003.

management, Performance management and Change management.
