Minute
I. Review of previous minutes and tasks
The new date for the trip to Luxembourg has not been set. Vita will liaise with the TO to see
whether it is possible to get a day off for the trainees wishing to participate.
From now on Thierno will send the minutes to Vita in pdf format so that she can attach it to
the e-mail of the Newsletter.
All SC members will ensure that they add their contribution to the online advocacy document
before Monday 25/05/2015. Thierno will send an e-mail to Vita with the summary of the
consultations and the text introducing the consultations for the Newsletter.
Alexis has opted to send an e-mail to all trainees so that they can elect their favourite logo.
Janina has concluded an agreement with the Career Sbc; they will fund the lunches of DG
Employment's info session.
II. Current dossiers:
1. Audits
The Auditors are putting together their mid-term report. Therefore, all SC members should
send the documents requested by the Auditors before Monday 25/05/2015.
2. Farewell Conference
The Stage Committee has been asked by the TO to submit its contribution for the upcoming
Farewell Conference. Following a brainstorming session it was decided to proposed the
following ideas:
A presentation by Jean-Claude Juncker, Frans Timmermans or the editor-in-chief of
Politico
A performance by the trainees' big band during the cultural interlude
Presentations by the Euroball, MOUN and Solidarity Sbcs and by the Luxembourg
Stage Committee
Presentation of the main activities undertaken by the SC, including the state-of-play on
the consultations, the job fair, DG info sessions, and an award ceremony of the best
Sbcs and DG info sessions.

Thierno will send an e-mail to the TO informing them of our ideas and asking the following:
whether Council and EP trainees will participate in the Farewell Conference; how the room in
and the stage on which the cultural interlude will take place will look like; whether it is
possible to have the cultural interlude and the coffee break at the same time.
V. AOB
1. Trainees visiting Brussels
Rodrigo will make a Facebook event in order to inform trainees. Alexis will take over
Rodrigo's shift next week and attend the event organised for trainees visiting Brussels.
