Where did the things go wrong?


Ans: There is big problem that there is no proper way in which told the trainee about their duty.
Thats way human resources department cannot make any link with this trainee because their
duty areas changed after some time. And he rotates at different department. New trainee could
not get any knowledge due to this rotation. The areas of duty should b clear at the time of start. If
their areas are clear then he can get knowledge and information and then HR department can
contact with him any time of need. And it can be easily measure that he is performing well.
Something which mention in case could be wrong like company policy was very difficult that
company cannot manage behaves of employee thats goes to wrong side.
What options are open for the Training Manager other than termination?
Ans: There is only one option that trainee manger should release that he dont work hard and
doing something wrong with trainee. Firstly he should awareness about the trainee training.
Trainee manager should try to busy the trainee in different working. Training manager should
change their thinking their attitude their way of working. He should complete his training
session patiently like other training manager. Training manger can b create an environment
which is delightful for training and every trainee work happily. He should comparison with other
training manger and his method of training.
How could you put Mr. Sharma back on the right track?
Ans: In case we saw that Mr Sharma was hard worker and good performer. At the end of case
we saw that his way of working changed their attitude changed. He refuses to work properly.
Other training manager got guideline form him he was very supportive and motivated. Mr
Sharma got another chance to prove himself and got the duty of training. He failed because he
doesnt work hard. The personality of Mr. Sharma is against to the paint technology. Because
Mr. Sharma paints training was planned for the first 3 months only. Because he wants job in
paints application department. He took interest and showed performance in his core area. If we

want to put Mr.sharma on right track so we should get them that job in which he is specialist like
paints application department. In his area he will work hard and his performances will be good.
New trainee will get lot of knowledge and practise in paints application department.
What tools can be used for Training and Development in this situation?
