1973 Voice to Skull Demonstration

Artificial microwave voice to skull transmission was successfully demonstrated by researcher Dr. Joseph Sharp in
1973, announced at a seminar from the University of Utah in 1974, and in the journal "American Psychologist" in the
March, 1975 issue, article title "Microwaves and Behavior" by Dr. Don Justesen.

of current-day voice to skull transmission is much higher, after three-plus decades of
apparent development.):

Below image shows a way to demonstrate Dr. Joseph Sharp's voice to skull modulation
method, converting speech or music to a string of pulses. In Sharp's experiment, the
pulses were microwave signals, similar to radar, but the demo circuit below puts out
simple DC pulses which can be fed to a speaker. It emits no microwave signals and is
totally safe.

Below i s the l etter I wrote to you regardi ng Dad and hi s research. Last night I
found declassified documents from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) from a document
dump that was declassified in the year 2002. These documents sup port what I have told
you on June 10, 2007. These documents shed li ght into the CIAs re search and activities
in the stud y of UFOs. I also found Dads diploma from Lancaster Catholic High School
and he graduated with a degree in Scientific Studies. Now remember what Dad wrote to

Getting any kind of recognition is something I give up on. From 19 91 to 1997 I
had a acti ve hi gh profil e list of many name s that I addr essed monthl y. But wi thout an y
evidence T ruth is Irrel evant. So be it ! I am con vinced I liv e a story th at is bey ond
everyone's comprehension. But I do have a good lease and sufficient income for the
lifestyle of one of my age in my stay here in New York. In ending a brief summation.
My starting date for this situation was in 1 957. They sta rted this situation in 1 943
while I w as in the Navy. A Research Situation with no intention of being identified in this

monthly mailing list that he mailed people f rom the Scientific and Academic commu nities
